False advertising on their further home loan section. Under the reason for why you need further home loan is debt consolidation. Only to find out it is a lie. Nedbank themselves said to me that is a mistake they don't do it. Still, it is clearly on option on their website. After a month of to and thro we were declined on this matter that we cannot afford it. It was clearly stipulated by me that we want this further home loan to consolidate or debts. Clearly they could not understand what this means and we were denied once again. Never were we consulted on reasons, just a generic email that we received. We were happy clients but alas time to realise it is just a company. They dont really care even on their website they proudly state that if anyone has a difficut time with payments they can contact nedbank. Sure....
Took my car in this morning for a tail gate chip. Called them after 5pm asking if my car is ready. Just to find out will only be done on Wednesday. I asked the lady why didn't they tell me it will be 3 days. She replied I should have asked. I knew I should have gone to someone else as this place is probably the worse in the Helderberg
I asked that my debit order must be on the last day of the month. Then came the new month and i was debit on the 21. How on earth will I agree to that before i pay. I am waiting to speak to someone for the last 3 days. Absolutely no communication
On the 10th of December i went for a covid test at Pathcare. Result came out as negative. 14th of december a lady called Andrea called me from the department of health western cape telling me i am covid positive. She didnt tell me where she get this information and i pushed her for a answer. I am very worried that the number of south africa's covid cases are very wrong. How can you call someone telling him he is positive and think nothing will happen if this information is wrong. Should i go in isolation? Must ny family go away? Must i take leave? I lost my trust in government and will like to take this further
I have been a mtn customer for 10 years. Same number same banking details. Got a new contract and never been debit. Didnt bother as this was happening every month. For 4 months o didnt check and enquire this. Mtn said it was their mistake and i can do manual payments as i do not get my salary due to covid. Today i was suspended due to my account. Very upset as mtn never told me i would be cut off. And had to pay 900 rand to activate my line. This will be my last contract with mtn as well as my wife. Long partnership with mtn down the toilet
Been at this bank for almost 28 years. The one thing that is getting worse is the option to talk to someone. To wait more than 10 minutes is ridiculous. Very frustrating
I had the pleasure of asking this company to put together a frame of one of my cricket brothers that passed away not only was it perfect but they went above and beyond with quality and service. Would recommend them anyday
So they haven't contacted me regarding my moulded mattress. Still dont see the logic in having a mattress placed upon a solid piece of wood and think nothing will happen due to no ventilation between mattress and wood. Maybe if I had their mattress to see if it makes a difference but my R2000 single extra length mattress didn't work and my daughter cannot sleep on her bed on this mattress. So sad to spend R10000 on a bunk bed that leads to mould
Wish I can give it no star. Bought a R10000 bunkbed. All pretty and everything. A year later both mattresses appeared to have mould beneath. Both mattresses lie on top of a flat wooden plank. No ventilation whatsoever. One of the Mattresses i had to throw away. When i contact cielo they said is not there problem. No one complained about this. Now it is my problem. And my kids health is not their concern. How do you sell bunk beds without ventilation and think according to them nothing will happen.
