Outstanding Service from OUTsurance I had an amazing experience with OUTsurance. After requesting a quote for my fiancé, they phoned back very quickly and provided fast, professional service. They managed to save him over R2,000, which made a huge difference. Due to a reduced salary at work, he was struggling to afford insurance, but thanks to OUTsurance, he can now afford cover again. He is so happy and relieved. Excellent service all round — highly recommended!

I have been a client with Outsurance for more than 15 years. Every interaction with them is always effortless, pleasant, professional and I can never complain about anything. Their pricing is the best, trust me I have compared. Overall, I am just very much happy and impressed with Outsurance.

They take your money any day they want even if it is not the agreed debot ordr date
I signed and agreed for my debot order to go off the LAST day of the month. I accepted teh Debicheck on my bank for THE LAST DAY of the month. But Connect Finance chose to deduct it any time that suits them , and take my last money . If the last day is on a Sunday or Public Holiday, they don't care, they will take it any day that suits them. Even if my salary is not paid in, and they take my money that is meant for other things. Without my authorization! Is this not breach of the agrement? How can you take money from my bank without my knowledge and authorization?

Stood at the gate, called whatsapp for 20 minutes before they opened. Place looks like a backyard spa. Welcoming drinks were hot. No effort. Gowns old and looks dirty. Slippers don't even match. The staff hangs around in the kitchen, no one attends to you. They play music on their phone during the massage. I will never in my life go there again. So many terms and conditions because they know their service is horrible. Totally dissapointed by the experience. Such a waste of money.

Illegal claim of damage after car was returned, delay in refund
<div>I rented a car through Tempest Car hire/EuropCar. I picked up the vehicle from King Shaka airprt on Friday evening 1 July 2022. I drove the car to our holiday accomodation in Port Shepstone. I parked the car and it was never driven until Sunday morning when I drove the car to Pretoria , dropped my luggage at home and drove to OR Tambo to drop the car off. At OR Tambo the staff checked the vehicle and said all was good. There was NO damage to the car. On Monday 4 July I received my final invoice with the amount to be refunded. No damage noted. 2 days later I got an email stating there is bonnet overspray and asking if there was any incident. I called and emailed to confirm there was NO incident. I asked how can they claim damage 3 days after I returned the car and it was no longer in my possession. The company that helped me Aroundaboutcars, also requested the final invoice from Tempest/Europcar and received it 7 July, NO damage noted. Also, I am no professional and would not know bonnet overspray. I requested them to check the GPS to see there was NO incident. It has been a week and I am not getting any feedback or assistance from Tempest Car hire. I have send numerous emails. It is illegal from them to claim so called damage if the car was not in my possession and when I returned the car there was NO damage. I am not having any luck, and I need the refund urgently.</div>

Unprofessional , threats
A lady named Betsie from this company send me threatening emails, forcing me to pay more than what I can afford. She claims one of my accounts have been handed over to them for collection, yet I am still waiting for the mandate letter to prove this. I confirmed how much I will pay and she responded, yet today I got an email threatening me with legal actions, saying I made a commitment to pay the full outstanding balance, which is untrue.

MBD Attorneys - unprofessional, not capable, unwilling
What an unprofessional, unwilling, unable bunch of collectors. They are simply unable to send me statements and settlement offers on my Fochini and Standard Bank accounts. I have to send multiple emails to the whole of MBD before one person replies. I made a one payment, to one bank account, and am asking them to split the payment and allocate to my two accounts. According to Anton Malebe it is impossible. It is the same bank account for both , so why can you not do it? You can not try to be a debt collector, but you can not even send a simple statement when requested. It is as easy as save to pdf and email. This is not the first time I am having this frustration with MBD.
