Their online needs to be shut down. I recieved an email stating my order has been canceled, the same thing happened last year of October 2025 my order was canceled but I never received my refund of R799 . This order is R1599 and got canceled after waiting for an entire week . I better recieve my refund or I will get lawyers involved. They have a nerve to say "GREAT NEWS YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED" when they messed up . I WANT MY REFUND

On the 26th June 2025 I returned an item to Makro bcoz I was sent the wrong product, not only was it the wrong item but it was so poorly packaged that the courier guy told me to take pictures bcoz it may be damaged. It was returned and they said they needed to inspect the product, I recieved an email congratulating me that my refund was approved and will be processed, they send me the wrong product which is poorly packaged and they still have the audacity to congratulate me on my refund,. I then recieve another email informing me that I will be refunded on the 24th July 2025 . It is now Monday the 28th July and still no refund. I was in the phone for more than an hour waiting for assistance until the line cut off . Makro deserves nothing less than 0 stars for their service , they have got to be the worst company on the planet . I am going to put them all over social media bcoz I want my money, they messed up now I must pay the price .
Makro online has got to be the worst service delivery possible , not only did I recieve the wrong order, the package was so poorly delivered, this was a fragile order with mo extra packaging nothing. The courier guy had to hold it from underneath bcoz he was so afraid the box would break, now i must wait 3---4 days for a refund for their error . I hate giving bad reviews but this needs one bcoz it's not the first time Makro has messed up my order.. Giving 1 star is generous , however the customer service was excellent in handling my complaint.
I was recently assisted by a consultant by the name of Letabo , she went above and beyond to assist me . I previously contacted a number of consultants who did not help me whatsoever, she was the only one who took her time to assist me. Thank you Letabo you are an asset to Discovery.
You should be allowed to give o star rating bcoz Corricraft deserves one . I paid my Corricraft store account using the link that was sent to me paying via ORZO bcoz it was the most convenient payment method. The payment was made on the 29th of April it is now the 6th of May and the payment is still not reflecting. I have since called customer service 3 times . I don't know where they find these consultants bcoz they have no people skills whatsoever. They are unprofessional and rude. I was told by consultants to forward the payment to Corricraft payment which I did 2 days ago and I have still not recieved any feedback them I keep getting messages informing me to pay my accoun to avoid penalties. The last time I called the consultant said if the payment is not reflecting I should forward proof of payment again and they will do it manually which will take a further 7 days to reflect affecting my credit profile in due course. This beyond unprofessional. I have yet to see a GOOD REVIEW on Corricraft bcoz their customer service is appalling . I paid R3009 and it better be paid into my account soonest 😤
I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START. WE'VE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH VODACOM FOR OVER 6 MONTHS NOW . YES 6 MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. TEAM LEADERS AND MANAGERS NEVER SPEAK TO YOU, THEY DO THEIR BEST TO AVOID YOU. WE HAVE OVER 5 CONTACTS WITH VODACOM, FROM HOME INTERNET TO INDIVIDUAL CONTACTS. IT ALL STARTED WHEN WE WERE UP FOR AN UPGRADE. WE TOLD THE CONSULTANT WE DID NOT WANT THE UPGRADE BCOZ WERE TRYING YO REDUCE OUR BILLS . HE LITERALLY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER, TRYING TO FORCE US INTO TAKING THE UPGRADE, WE REFUSED. HE KEPT ON GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THE SPECIAL OFFERS AND SUCH . WE COULD SEE HE WASN'T GOING TO LET UP SO WE JUST HUNG UP. THE NEXT DAY WE SPOKE TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT, SHE WAS HELPFULL AND OFFERED US A GOOD DEAL WITHOUT UPGRADING WHICH WE TOOK, THEN IT STARTED. THE CONTACTS WERE NOT WHAT WAS DISCUSSED, SO ONCE AGAIN WE WENT BACK TO VODACOM , WE'RE TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY INVESTIGATE . THEY CAME BACK SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT , HOWEVER IT WILL ONLY CHANGE AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THIS WENT BACK AND FORTH FOR 4 MONTHS. WE EVENTUALLY THOUGHT IT WAS FINALLY FIXED ONLY TO WAKE UP ONEDAY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WIFI. WE CALLED VODACOM FIRST THING BCOZ I WORK FROM HOME , ONCE AGAIN THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE FIRST, THAT DAY I HAD TO DO MY WORK FROM AN INTERNET CAFE. AFTER SCREAMING AND SHOUTING WITH THEM , BY THE WAY STILL COULDN'T GET A TEAM LEADER OR A MANAGER TO HELP US, THEY EVENTUALLY GAVE US 30G FOR THE DAY , IN ORDER FOR ME TO WORK . WIFI WAS EVENTUALLY ALLOCATED. THEY APPOLOGISED SAYING THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. IT STARTED AGAIN , BOTH ME AND MY HUSBANDS CONTACTS WERE ALTERED WITHOUT US REQUESTING IT. LONG STORY SHORT , THEY FIXED IT OR SO WE THOUGHT. 1ST JANUARY 2025 ,EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE CHANGED I WAS LITERALLY ALLOCATED WITH NOTHING EXCEPT FOR THE VOICE CALLS AND AIRTIME BUT THE AIRTIME WENT FROM R268 TO R145 AND THEN THE AIRTIME DISAPPEARED. MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT WHICH IS EXACTLY LIKE MINE WAS NOT TOUCHED. MY YEAR STARTED OFF ON A BAD NOTE THANX TO VODACOM. WE CALLED IN ONCE AGAIN AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE SO CALLED INVESTIGATION. WE ARE GOING TO CANCEL OUR CONTRACT AND JUST GO BACK TO PREPAID AND MOVE AWAY FROM VODACOM ALTOGETHER. THERE'S GOT TO BE A BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER THAN VODACOM. THEY ARE NOYHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY ****MERS .
I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 29TH OCTOBER, IT IS NOW THE 5TH IF NOVEMBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY FEEDBACK. I HAVE SINCE SENT 2 EMAILS REGARDING MY ORDER AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY FEEDBACK . I TRIED CALLING BUT IT JUST GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO NOW. AMANDA
