My debit never went off and I called the call center to get assistance so that the premium can be paid only to be told that i have to call back in an hour as the systems are down. I held on the line for 10 minutes and asked if the agent can call me back to be told that i have to call back. I mean really.
The company is amazing and the service level given is out of this world. Thanks so much for the awesome service and making a difference.
I got a call from vodacom on Friday and told the lady to call the number i provided after 2pm as the person would be available at that time. Till today the call was not made. How many more reviews must one send to get proper assistance. Will this matter ever be resolved as it seems like it will never be. Yet the deduction goes off the account every month with no issues and we must sit with a watch that is not working.
Good day I am still so disappointed as at the store they told me that the watch is still under guarantee and that is why I took it in and than just to get a call from the repairs center to say that the guarantee is over. I mean why would the store say one thing and the repair center say another thing. The cost to repair is R2000 I mean really. Who do i trust now the store or the repair center. Is there any other way to get my watch sorted as I was told that it still has a guarantee at the vodacom shop and I mean i am still paying for this watch every month. Please call me on **********.
Vodacom said they would call till today no call was made. The service is not good
The service is so bad. I took my smart watch to Vodacom in Killarney as it is not working and is still under guarantee/ warrantee. The staff member told me that they do not have a technician because he resigned and i must take the watch to Sandton or Eastgate. I took time off from work to take the watch in just to be told that I have to go to another store. What kind of service is this for such a big brand. Could the agent not have tried to give me better assistance. Now I have to find time again to take the watch to a different store. The client experience is pathetic. It is so disappointing as the process is so long. My son dropped his phone and I logged a claim with viva cover. When I called them they say that the claims volume is high I mean we take insurance for a reason and now have to wait my son needs his phone and there is no clear answer from the insurance as to when the claim will be finalized. Exams is starting soon. Please can I have a clear answer on what is going to happen with my claim.

I am extremely upset with axxess I have been paying my account every month on time and from yesterday I had no connection when i called them they said that my account has been deleted and I had to apply for a new application. Yet my money has been paid and is sitting with them now i have to have the inconvenience of waiting until they decide to activate me.
