I spoke to an arrogant consultant who named himself Leven Chetty ,,, one he kept on refusing to tell me his name so the probability of him lying about his name is high, I then asked to speak to his manager and he was sooooooo rude and even called me ***********. Is this how Discovery deals with all its clients??? Or specific segments that are not respected.
This company really needs serious investigation, I have been with vitality for some time and when I downgraded vitality they sent an email to virgin active that I cancelled vitality… how is downgrading a cancellation and why was I not told that to downgrade is to cancel? I ended up finding my self in a situation where virgin active deducted R1490 instructions of R370 and vitality had also deducted R159 which meant that I paid for the full gym fare and vitality and when I called them I was taken from pillar to post till I reversed both then virgin active called and I informed them that I will not be subjected to financial abuse by both virgin active and vitality
Nedbank ****med me, they said they will consolidation all my loans to my surprise they did not consolidate all and I’m now when I call them either I don’t get them or the agent will act like she doesn’t understand, I called requesting paid up letters for the accounts they said were paid up and even when I requested for a manager I have no luck
I lodged a complaint in the beginning of the month at the help desk regarding non negs to my surprise I was given answers that did not make sense, worst part is that there a people who barely even play and get so much on nons, why are we treated differently.
FBN home loan it's a total ****, I repeat do not buy a bond with FNB they are totally ****ming people. I have been paying a bond with FNB from 2022 and as “FNB” client they tell you that you get a discount after if your salary is deducted from it… it has not been an issue until they asked for FICA update last week and after all was done they changed tunes … **** **** ****
Nedbank loans department is the worst of the worst, not only do they make empty promises … they also lie to clients. Agent’s takes you from one agent to another it is so disturbing. How do I rate this to a zero instead of giving it a mere star. They even told me to hold until they cut the call wow
I was really livid with how Goldreef cashiers treated me because I use a Tyme bank account that they are not too farmi**** with, I have been using this bank card to withdraw there but it has never been an issue but today I was told that they don’t understand the bank and which made no sense whatsoever since I have been using it there.
Why is there no zero rating ??? FNB Homeloans is nothing but a ****. Every 4 days I receive calls from them claiming that my bond is accumulating interests whilst they are the ones that changed my repayment date without my consent so that they can charge me for late payments. When ever I ask to speak to managers consultants lie and say I will be called back instead I will receive the same calls from consultants
