Fedex ****med me my money on top of that they send statements that I didn't pay instead of them refunding me. Everytime when I call they ignore my calls. I want my money back
Pathetic service from FedEx they I ordered from SHEIN with an amount of R1400 and they charged me R807. I investigated the matter I found out that it was erroneous charge I'm supposed to pay R459. I have a proof and then the lady who was assisting me told me to send proof prove of payment and a bank letter of which I did and was ignored after that. I send messages everyday and even try to phone them with no luck of anyone responding. I'm starting to think that FedEx is a **** they're robbing poor citizens. After here I'm writing to the Ombudsman because I want my refund.
I am tired of telkom I think I'm being punished for choosing them as my network provider. 2 months back I was charged more than what I've signed for I didn't noticed until the following month they charged me double I phoned them and notify them they apologized and told me they will refund my money which they never did and even promised that this month they will charge exactly what I've signed for to my surprise when the statement comes I still owe more. Even though I canceled everything with them and never received my refund. Telkom is *****ing us I'm really tired because even if you phone their consultants they're not helping. I regret choosing telkom from day 1

My car didn't want to start when I check the battery it was fine and petrol was enough but the car still it was switching itself on and off mi way came to my rescue and organized a towing team to tow my car to the dealership. Worse experience ever I decided to go out to Parrots Wonderpark yesterday on the 14th with my partner for a change, normally we eat at Parrots Kollanade and never encountered any problems there. Our waiter never had any time for us she even ordered wrong things for instance I ordered spinach and butternut as a side she instead put chips, I order a Mocktail the one for R49.00 she put the one for R79.00 and I never complained because we were rushing back home to the kids. When I ask for a bill and a takeaway she was then present waiting to see how much I'm tipping her. After that she demanded 10% tip, what I want to know is that isn't that you the good tip goes with the service you received from your waiter? After she saw that I tipped her R18 she changed her face, so we not supposed to go and eat at Parrots Wonderpark if you don't have 10% tip and even if you received bad service from your waiter. It was my first time eating there and I even regret why I didn't go to Parrots Kollanade.
