Took in my BMW E90 325i for a gearbox repair, the vehicle had about 25 to empty on fuel. When I received the invoice it included a four hundred rand fuel on which they charged me together with the repairs. When I left the car the kilometers were 241938km and when I went to fetch it 241951km but to my surprise the tank was still were it was. I wrote them an email and sent them whatsapp messages to complain they never returned to me. So my fellow South Africans please be careful of this company that rips your hard earn money by not refueling your vehicle when you take it in for any repairs.

I've been trying to cancel one of my 5G simp card with Rain since May 2023,Rain has been taking me from pillar to post saying it will happen month end and up to date they've failed to do so, I was even assured that it'll happen so I decided to stop paying for the services that they couldn't terminate it's a nightmare because every time they promised me lie after lie and I've decided that I'm no longer interested in making business with them wrote emails made calls but still my cry has been ignored
I've never been disappointed with Auto and General's services before and currently as I've always felt home. They are committed to serving each and every customer

Finrite deserves a zero rating for the way they treat customers... They just a third party that is useless in taking care of the customers, they don't follow up nor keep in touch whenever a claim is lodged.
Last 2 weeks I complained about Finrite not getting back to us regarding the laptop claim. They responded and asked if we paid the excess money which was not paid then. Last week Wednesday I paid the excess and was told to wait 48hrs for it to clear. It's more than a week since we waited for their call from the claims department. I think that the companies using Finrite should look elsewhere for insurance because they are incapable of customer service.
