Today I'm so disappointed in FNB. They advertise about the birthday special that read: "FNB Connect is running a special one-day promotion on Friday, 24 November 2023, to celebrate the bank’s 185th birthday. In this promotion, customers will have the opportunity to buy three devices, each for R185 per month over two or three years. Included in this list is a Sony PlayStation 5 with two games. The monthly fee of R185 for this sought-after gaming console will be payable over 36 months, working out to R6,660." So, on 2023-11-23 at about 23:45 I logged on, the app says that there is an error and sorry for the inconvenience, every 5 minutes I logged in (I have screengrabs of the times for proof as well as the error messages), and every time an error says something is wrong. So, it was impossible to log in while their app access was denied only on the shop for that time. Around 4 o'clock on 2023-11-24 things came back to normal. No specials, nothing, Just the normal regular prices on their products. To me it looks like that it was just a **** from FNB to attract more people to their bank. (I am a client of FNB). So, I can guarantee that FNB will say during that time when the system was unable, people bought all products. Winder how they logged in if the system was off. No one had a fair opportunity to apply for the specials. I demand from FNB to give me the Sony PlayStation for R185 per month, as I waited a long time to buy it, just to meet an error message.
Do not order from them, they do not send your products, waiting over a month and they dont answer telephone calls.
I am staying in Davel, in March i bought the 20mbps data with router, the signal was fine nothing wrong, was happy, then April, the signal went off, call the coverage center, they said technicians are working on the tower. Now is the 4th week there is still no data, it comes 2 or 3 minutes and goes off couple of hours, if it is on then my 20mbps is at 1 mbps, call the center again, they said the tower is down, will send technicians out. That didn't worked, called again, they said the tower is fixed. I dont think it's fixed if no one in davel don't have signal or data. Called again, just said they will escalate the problem, that's all. That also didn't worked. Im having a new 2 year contract with mtn of 20mbps,but instead have only 5 minutes per day of data on 1 mbps. I would like to cancel this contract since i cannot pay for something i dont have. Do not get a data contact with MTN.
Im finished with paying all of my accounts, they then said before taking me off from debt review, that they needed a payed up letter with the correct account number, not the one i gave them on my payed up letter. But every time i paid up an account i get the settlement letter, the proof of payment letter and the payed up letter, and email it to debtgrip (which is them who is actually suppose to get those letters). How on earth do they have another account number that is not mine? And what happened to the letter i send them long ago? When i payed that account finished, they were supposed to ask the company for a letter, why they never did it. So now you can forget to call them, i made 38 calls in 2 days, trying to get hold of them, unsuccessfully. They said they have a whatsapp number, well you can send it but it wont get read by them. Today is 24 January, going to their whatsapp status, it says last seen 12 January, so what is the whatsapp number for. I am Finnish with debt review, and just would like to get off now since i paid all my accounts in full, dont come with other stories that my account numbers are wrong, please.
I just want to thanks Hi-Tec for their great products. The shoes that they are selling is phenomenal, I always buy my child of 9 years school shoes from Hi-Tec. The shoes stays in good quality throughout the school year and you know children is always running around and playing, so you must know the quality is very very good. I don't think that I will go to another brand for walking shoes or for my child for his school, excellent brand, thank you

I hired a vehicle through rentalcars.com at Europcar Secunda, the dates from 2021-09-06 until 2021-09-14. I paid my deposit at Europcar Secunda. The vehicle cost me R2052, that is R228 per day. On my return of the vehicle I ask if it is possible to extend the hiring period of the car for an extra 12 days. The lady who worked there, Jenette told us yes it is possible we can. We then ask her the price and she said that it is R228 per day, which is an extra R2736. My whole deposit was R8092, but instead got back R2536 of my deposit. After enquire about why and where is the rest of the deposit, it's been told to us by Jenette that she didn't really know how it worked when she told us the amount of R228 per day and said that she made a mistake and gave us the wrong amount. So therefore I was willing to brought the car back that day, if we got the correct amount of rental per day, then I was never going to extend the period to hire the vehicle. I feel that this is not my fault as I am the client and believed the Employee when she told us the amount of R228 per day. I feel it is just correct to refund me the amount as it should be of R228 per day, which is an amount of R5116 OF MY DEPOSIT refundable to me.
I have settled my account with direct axis on the 11th of June, and I request a paid up letter from them, but they just cannot help me with that letter. I requested it so many times up until today, today the systems was offline again. And the people answering the phones are so not friendly at all.
