I’ve had Miway comprehensive car insurance since 2023, with two BMWs on the policy. In 2025, Feb I cancelled one car as I sold that car and lost my discounts. It was fine, the all in premium paid on 25 march was X for only one car. In April I get slapped with a 17.99% premium increase, and when I cancel the policy they say that I had claims (which I requested a stone chip repair on both cars, they didn’t do anything as glasfit said it’s a surface chip too small to touch, and this was in 2024) yet now Miway is saying it was a loss even though nothing was done. I did email Miway last year to say remove the claim as nothing could be done. So for this, given that I had no other incident and paid my premiums deligently, they are rated 2-stars. Fixed your systems and processes, as incorrect information is being stored! Unhappy customer, definitely won’t recommend
I bought a vehicle from BMW West Rand in May 2023 with personalized plates from your dealership. At the time, I asked that the plates be installed and all relevant documents be sent to me. Unfortunately, while the plates and license disc were left in the car, I never received my RC1 registration document. Having paid R462k in cash for the vehicle and with an invoice and proof of payment, I was dismayed to realize on 17 January 2024, while purchasing another vehicle, that I never received my registration document. I contacted the dealership but as the salesperson Donovan Labuschagne left, I emailed another but this issue has caused significant inconvenience. Despite regularly servicing my two BMWs with your dealership and spending nearly R500k (including the car purchase), I now have to go to the licensing department to get a copy of the document due to your negligence. The cost is R264.00 for the copy, but it’s more about the principle and accountability. If I find out that my car wasn’t registered in my name, I will consider this *****ulent practice and will be forced to involve my lawyer. I also plan to lodge a formal complaint with BMW South Africa.

Rivonia village branch is absolutely useless. Placed an order for delivery, and paid on the app. 2 hours later, still no delivery. Called them 3 times, asked them to refund my monies if they cannot deliver. But they just drop the call. Definitely will never use the app or this branch again. Pathetic service.
I’m a client with the bank for 15 years, have multiple products and tried their SBSA mobile. So I requested a port of my number to SBSA, last week Wednesday and on Thursdays (23 May) both SIM cards were offline, been following up daily to no avail. I wish I didn’t request the port, I’m without my phone number for 6 days. Poor service. Would not recommend to anyone
Been a client for a year and haven't had any claims. The annual review price was a bit too high for me, so I queried it and the consultant was flexible in helping me with the premium. Would definitely recommend
Ordered a product from telkom on 29 March 2024 and this was to be delivered in coming days. They tried to deliver when I was at work, send a sms to reschedule delivery which I did, then they came the next day at the time I was at work, re-did the reschedule but their website (link) gives error. No clue where my parcel is, today is 8 April 2024 and I called telkom, they said it's with Courier so gave me a reference and number to call. I called the courier IT Johannesburg number but got transferred and was on hold for 5 minutes without any pick up. Let's see what happens. I get deliveries from other companies (like takealot) all the time, and don't have such issues. I'm doubtful when they will deliver, because availability and randomness of their delivery time is a problem
Had a noise in my car, spoke to Ronnie, and booked the car in. Third time using this service department. My car needed something which took 3 days but I was initially told 4, so that was quick enough. Collected the car today, and the car is working as expected. Ronnie is a gem in my opinion, and i will definitely be a returning customer.
Been a client for almost a year, as part of my car issurance requestments. I haven't had to use the Netstar services yet, but the app is friendly enough and can test the unit so one doesn't have to phone the call centre.
