I have an account with you, last month I was supposed to pay 710, so i paid R500 and had a late payment of R250 which I ended up paying after a few day. Your credit department has reported to the credi beauro that my account was on arreas for one month which is incorecct. There has been a month that I had skipped a payment in the year 2025. It should have been reported as a late payment. Kindly clarify which month did i not not pay?
Do not use these guys, they came to fix my fridge and I paid the 1700. They told me it will take hours for the fridge work approximately around 19:00 pm it should be working. I messaged him around 22:00 information him that it is still not working hoping they will come out in the morning to assist. I have messaged him throughout the day, they never came. The so called Manager is ignoring my messages. How do these Companies still operate after ****ming people like this. I hope you rot in hell.
I bought an air fryer in August, firstly o couldn’t use it immediately due to the plug. Later on I got the plug. I am now struggling to switch it on to a pint I have given up on using it. I wrote an email to you with no response. Your landline is no going through.
I took my daughter to ER at Mediclinic clinic at Somerset West. I was told that they struggle to get payment from the insurance therefore I will have to pay upfront and claim. After so many calls to the insurance they agreed to see us. But now they have not received the payment from the insurance and they are calling me everyday. I am paying monthly instalment to affinity in order to receive medical assistance as I currently don’t have money lying around.
My mom took her car in for serve in you Queenstown branch. After the service it started licking oil (something to do with plugs not fitted properly) because it has no issues prior to the server. On her way to town she got stuck on the side of the road. She had to pay a tow truck to take the car to Kia Queenstown. It's been 3 weeks now since the car is there. We do not get any updates from you guys. When I call you are waiting for parts they are arriving today or tomorrow, your mom's car will be ready before the end of the week. What a horrible experience.
One of your clients damaged my car, he then claimed to you. I was required to submit a documents which I did. I have to contact your consults, leave messages they never return calls, there is no progress on the claim. I must waste money and contact you all the time. Even if you were the last insurance on earth I would not consider you. Please fix my car😡🤬

On the 15th of September I went for an x-ray at winelands radiology in Busamed Somerset West. I was told I need to do an upfront payment then claim the refund from my medical aid or health insurance - I did. I submitted all the paper work to my health insurance. Yesterday i followed up with my insurance because they don't usually take this long to payout claims. Upon following up I was told payment has been made to Winelands Radiology as they submitted a claim on my insurance (God know why because I already paid them). I contacted them asking why the hell? now I need to claim refund from them which will take up to 7 working days - I have been waiting for longer than a month already. Please get you sh*** together. I am not even going to mention that you gave me an incorrect quote for the procedure as well - poor service!
I have combined plan with Affinity. According to the procedure guide each member is covered for 1 full mouth assessment, 1scale polish, 3 extractions, and 3 silver fillings. This is the first time I went to the dentist. I was told I will not be covered for 2 extractions because it's front teeth. What is the difference? They were giving me problems I didn't just extract them for fun.
