They advertise products for sale that they dont have in store, just to get you in the store, this is false advertising, I saw an elleptical for sale for R1999, went to the store, not there, no game in South Africa has it, this was on 10 March, supposed to be on special until 29 March
I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH MWEB IN MAY, THEY HAVE CARRIED ON DEBITING ME SINCE THEN. I HAVE TRIED TO GET THEM TO REFUND ME , BUT THEY REFUSE CLAIMIMG THEY SENT ME SOME KIND OF SMS ON 14 MAY, I KEEP ALL MY SMS'S AND HAVE NO RECORD, I HAVE ASKED THEM TO PROVE THAT THEY SENT ME AN SMS BUT THEY IGNORE ME AND CONTINUE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME, EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMIT THAT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN CANCELLED, YOU CANNOT CALL THE CALL CENTRE BECAUSE THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS , ONLY CONTACT IS VIA E MAIL, WHICH THEY IGNORE OR RESPOND AGRESSIVELY, I HAVE NO CHOICE NOW BUT TO ESCALATE TO RELEVANT CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCIES, WARNING, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MWEB
Dont use dapper paws for grooming. My pomeranian had the most magnificent coat of hair. 2 months ago their groomers shaved off all his fur. My vet says he will never recover,not only will his fur never recover, but he could end up with medical issues. Stay away from them!!
I connected with MWEB Fibre a month ago because they had great deals, I now cannot connect. Tried calling them, have been holding for 1.5 hours keep on getting disconnected. They do not have technical support. They are a useless company. I am warning you DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MWEB FIBRE I will be reversing my debit order As you cannot even get through to swap to another company MWEB IS A **** DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO MWEB!!!!!

I applied for Fibre in my new home on 3rd of October, was told it takes 2 to 3 weeks, but usually less, It is now 1st October and they have not installed Fibre, every day I get a different excuse, I am now considering going to Afrihost. Its like Fawlty Towers over there. I dont think those guys know what they are doing, I told them I am giving them until 1 November, that is a month since my first request, and what have they done, NOTHING< NADA< ZERO. I took Bidvest Tyre insurance over a year ago, I put in a claim on the 2 December, a very onerous procedure involving different photos, nonethe less I completed the forms and uploaded all the documents which along with phone calls and being put on hold took about 3 hours. I did not hear back from the claims department, so I called last week on the 13th December, and was told someone would call me. I again re emailed everything last night Still no response I have now been on hold for 15 minutes, apperntly there is no one to take my call. I will now have to go through the onerous task of cancelling my policy and contacting the insurance ombundsman. Please do not take insurance out with Bidvest, stick to reputable companies
My internet went down at 12pm, I let them know at 1pm, they said that they would furnish me with feedback, 6 hours latter and not a peep, As long as you pay R1000 a month and they get their salaries they do not care No sense of urgency Dont use them Shop around
