Excellent Motivator
I was calling in to cancel my life cover with AllLife and Ridwaan Dunheep assisted me with so much empathy and even went as far as giving a motivational talk. Although the call was for a cancellation, his customer skills were excellent. We really need more consultants like him who dont just take the calls for the sake of it, but empathizes with the client on the other end.

Tokozani Mbawu - Claims Specialist of the Year
After holding on the line for approximately 15min - 20min, taken from one consultant to another and holding patiently. I was assisted by Tokozani Mbawu (who was not even assigned for that claim) He took initiative to assist as much as he could and his excellent customer service skills were amazing. Discovery should really have more consultants like these. Well done

BON HOTEL - AWESOME
We visited Bon Hotel Rustenburg this weekend with my friends and we really had a great time. The staff members - namely Mapule and Enoch were very friendly and helpful at the restaurant. The food was delicious and we really had a peaceful stay. Will definitely be back with my kids

RITSAKO GAME LODGE, A MUST VISIT
My husband and I visited Ritsako Lodge for our wedding anniversary and I must say that the service and food was amazing. The staff kept checking if we were okay and if we needed anything, we should let them know. We were even warned of the lions roaming outside the premises and we shouldnt just walk outside the area. The place was clean and got fresh towels every morning. We will definitely be back at Ritsako with the entire family

Sizabonke is a ****
I would like to express my great disappointment in Sizabonke Housing or N&F Developments who ****med people their money from 2011 / 2012. Till date, we have not received our monies and Mr Ngwabi and his wife have even opened another housing developer in Pretoria area.. I really am greatly hurt by the way the matter was handled even by the NHBRC court proceedings as we were called for meetings but its 2024 - 10 years later and there is still silence on the matter. Mr Charles Ngwabi - the self proclaimed pastor has no heart at all.... Becareful fellow South Africans

Moeketsi - You are a star!!
I would like to compliment the great service and professionalism received from Moeketsi - Retentions (Customer Care) department. Although the call was for a cancellation due to financial constraints, he was very sincere, caring and considerate. AllLife needs more consultants like this. People who dont judge or sound uninterested. Moeketsi is an asset to the company. Great service indeed

Happy Customer - Clicks Protea Glen Mall
Just when I was having a bad day due to an itchy allergy on the neck, I walked into Clicks at Protea Glen Mall and was just hoping that someone would help me. I received amazing service from the Pharmacists there who advised which medication to take and how to apply it. It only took 2-3 days and I was fine. Im thankful that we still have people who take their job seriously and not just for the earnings. These ladies and guy were amazing... Great customer service indeed

MR NGWABI THE *****STER
Its been a whole 9 years of no responses on the refunds for our deposits paid. Promises were made in 2021 and last year that we would be paid back our monies but till today. Mr Ngwabi thinks that we are not aware that he has even opened another company in Pretoria and still operates as normal whilst we live in struggles. This company has caused nothing but misery and he continues living lavish.
