I have been purchasing from Pedros for a very long time. One particular item I purchase is the slaw wrap with extra chicken which I am happy to pay for. I usually go to the glenwood branch and have never been disappointed. I decided to go to the pavillion branch and order the same thing. There was even less chicken contained in the wrap, even if I dint order the extra chicken strips. I opened the wrap cause it felt much lighter than what I was used to. There wasn't strips in the wrap, but small cubed pieces of chicken. When I spoke to the manager, he said he watched them make the wrap himself and that is what it looked like. I then I asked him if I removed 5 of these cubes of chicken which are supposedly the extra pieces, then only 5 small pieces will be left and he arrogantly said yes. He was very rude and dismissive, and I am shocked at the level of disrespect from him and the level of service that pedros is allowing their staff to give.
I have left several mails to momentum to follow up on my claim and no feedback after weeks. Even after leaving a complaint still nothing. Its amazing how when needing our payment monthly there is no issue because its timeous, yet when emergencies happen there is a waiting time and no feedback ..... so who pays for the damages incurred during my waiting time ? pathetic service
Very bad service, it's been weeks since I got feedback for my emergency leak at my house. Pathetic service. What happens if my situation at my house gets worse. Terrible turn around time.
My experience at Virgin active SA Pavilion was less than pleasant. If I were a first time gym goer I would definitely not come back, needless to say I am new the virgin active group and if personal trainers are this unpleasant and unhelpful to someone asking for assistance, your business is in trouble. As I am new to the VA group, being my second day at the facility I asked a personal trainer (who was chatting to whom I can assume is her trainee) for assistance in locating an equipment I required - without a welcoming smile or inviting manner barely answered my question. This is unacceptable behaviour, and this is why people leave gyms or don't want to even join. Get your **** together virgin active staff.
Most pathetic service. After taking weeks to sort our my emergency claim, with minimal communication, momentous consultant din't give complete information. I din't get a service provider to sort our my claim, I got paid out, when I got paid out it was half the amount of what the quotes I had to now go and get because my insurance company who is suppose to support me, is not doing that. Then I sent an email query and nobody has responded to me after 3 follow ups. I am disgusted at the service I am receiving from momentum. You are supposed to be a reputable company. My service consultant Lindiwe has not contacted me, she said she tried once but I was unavailable...... Then call again Lindiwe that's your job!
Terrible service. I called to make a reservation. The manager was not available but I managed to get him on the phone, pathetic service. I never made the booking.
Pathetic service. Two women with a terrible demeanor (unkept looking, smoking cigarettes, using swear words) were the face of this establishment. The pathetic service was only one of the disgusting occurrences at this place. I will never go back nor recommend Milkwood Amanzimtoti to anyone.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My rental never comes in on time. Excuses after excuses. Dealing with staff that don't even inform you when they leave. They must unprofessional service. They have no consideration for their clients, yet we are they ones paying them for a service. Pathetic. Clauses are put in place to scheme their customers and take our money. I'm appalled and disgusted at Rawsons service. As a long standing client I wish I had never dealt with them.
Yet again Miway comes with there pathetic service. An inquiry was left by the service provider who handled the repair of my vehicle ONE MONTH AGO and they still have not heard back. I am just disappointed in Miway for constantly letting me as a client down. How difficult is it to give feedback - either an email or call, service provision is literally your only job. Pathetic service, every time I have to deal with Miway. If only they work as efficient as the debit orders leaving my bank account.
The restaurant at the protea hotel in Umhlanga had the most pathetic service at had ever experienced. We waited (while other around us got served) for an hour and half for drinks, which did not arrive all at once for 7 people. The food came through, not all at once, half an hour after that. One of the people waiting for their food did not even receive it after the rest of us had finished eating (it was three samoosas by the way). W e requested several times for the manager, the staff went in different directions looking for the manager who we thought dint exist. Every time we asked for the manager, one waiter would send another waiter to clear our table. Eventually (after about 45 mins) someone whom we were told was the manager came to the table and was quite nonchalant about the whole matter. We were very disappointed and felt disrespected, the service and lack of urgency was quite astonishing. I am surprised that the standard of this hotel restaurant have dropped so substantially.
