On the 19th Wednesday we went to horizon view to buy some drinks at checkers but we decided to go at Party City at check wat do they have there.. the was 3 ladies and 1 guy.. this ladies they were so friendly I decided to buy something it cost 15 but that guy said he can't help I must buy with more than 50.. I worked at retail I know he was pushing sales but he was not supposed to day coz at retail normally they work with conversion.. each and every customer that enter the store must buy something it doesn't mean that they have to return u when u have to pay..That guy need a proper training coz now the company loose that 15 and it will be added on something..
Everything was not going well until i communicate with Hello peter But everything is sorted now im really happy
Iv been waiting for my parcel since last week and they don't bother to call me and tell me what's the delay I have to call them every day to check when I'm going to receive my parcel and I'm using my airtime.. And also my customers are waiting for their products and I'm losing the customers because of them..
Every thing was fine until 2018 when my mom got an accident.when I was trying to claim for her injury they keep sending forms that we must fill up and some other forms we whr supposed to pay for it so that they can fill up at the hospital and what make it worse is that my mom joint the clientele more than 10yrs back but when she need help they don't deliver..Even now we still waiting
I really had a great service there from 1 of the employees, i was stressed on that bcz i wanted to buy smthng for my daughter using my husband account nd the manager said it was not allowed to the dat..but that employee convince me to open the secondary card she even help m to choose the dress for my daughter for the photoshoot...tnx a lot for ur service dear even though i forget to ask 4 ur name
