Been trying for 3 weeks to Terminate one membership and put my husband on his own membership. This has been dragging on forever. They get the wrong details on the application, incorrect banking details. Now they say we never intiallef the pages and ticked on another page. Using a lady from Tendahealth as it seems they are the brokers for Bonitas. Really not the best experience, don't even want to advise friends or family to join.
I bought and paid on 21 December 2023. They said they had stock. All of a sudden the product had been ordered from China. I got a tracking number. No movement still.it arrived on 02 January. Have I been ****med?
Lisacars Route24. Awful experience. No customer service. They have your money, and don't car about after sales service. Bought a Hyundai Grand10 from. When signing the papers they disputed the trade in they gave on our car. Said there was no full service history and the aircon didn't work. The car was serviced regularly, and we disclosed that the aircon never worked properly from day one. We had bought the tradein vehicle from Lisa cars Bedfordview. The new vehicle brake lights didn't work, and front tyres were smooth and one wheel only had 3 wheel nuts@ How it passed roadworthy, Heaven knows). They advised they would replace one tyre , and do the wheel alignment today, as the car was pulling. Once at the wheel alignment centre , the gentleman there advised that our vehicle was the 90kms ago for wheel alignment, and Lisa Cars was advised to replace 2 tyres, and that the Right shock is slightly bent. Evenn with the wheel alignment done the problem will still be there. They never took the advise,of the fitment centre. Where do you hear of only replacing one tyre? Well they took a wheel nut off another vehicle and put it on ours. The fuses were not replaced , after an hour of sitting there with no one asking who/ what we were waiting for , they advised that they had sent someone to go buy the fuses. Absolutely worse experience, they will never see us again, after being assured by Robbie yesterday " they will sort us out". The fight for the shock being fixed will resume on Monday. They don't know this family, ww fight for our rights. There was nothing wrong with the car we traded in, and this is what we get.? Disgusting. Nobody takes responsibility there, no one to account for anything. Very sad state of affairs. Will never see us again.
After sales service doesn't exist. Bought our 2nd car from Lisacars in Bedfordview. On collection, the car didn't start. Battery was dead. The cubbyhole was rattling, only to find one of the clips broken. The backboard is broken. Battery was replaced. Been battling for 3weeks to get an answer about the cubbyhole and backboard. Every time we phone to follow up, we get the same answer. "We are waiting ". How hard can it be? We traded in a perfect car, nothing broken, nothing to fix. Now we sit with this Not acceptable 😒

Absolutely useless company. I keep getting calls and sms' regarding an Ampath account. This dates back to 2018. I know my accounts are settled, but to avoid any further harassment, I called them to say I would settle what they say the amount due is. I asked for banking details, the lady promised to sms them to me. That was last week already, am I going to wait another 2 years for a reply. I want to settle this once and for all, but you don't get any response from them. Very Frustrating!
After numerous emails and calls, they still can't tell me how much I owe, and from which of my Bank Accounts they will debit. All emails from them say that someone will call me, but nothing yet. I want to pay, but dont k know the payment details.
