I met in a vehicle accident with my Beijing x55 premuim A/T on 22 August 2023 and the parts for my car still hasn't arrived, and they said the supplier doesn't even have a estimated arrival date. At least the supplier of these parts can give a estimated date or reason for the delay

Never buy skullcandy any product in south africa. I bought the sash evo and it stopped working while under warranty, they say they need proof of purchase, it has the box with barcode that they can scan. I bought it at fourways mall kiosk, never will I buy skullcandy products again, I'm going to blog and social media for the rest of my life about they **** return policy
My Tpn report shows I'm below average, I was once late a few days for rent, so I said il pay it next week, so they illegally cut of my lights, I immediately moved out without notice, my tpn is now showing I didn't pay rent for that month, I had the money to pay but didn't due to their illegal activity of cutting of my lights, this is now stopping me from getting a new place, they had my deposit in any case which they didn't hive
My vehicle finance account was under debt review , i settled the fulled amount and paid in extra , i requested a refund of the extra amount on the 20th November , the fourways branch told me il recieve the money in 4-5 working days , till today nothing has happened . I phone everyday and they give me a different story , they service is pathetic , i have a paid up letter for my car from absa and would like my refund today or else im changing banks

I was told I would receive feedback last Friday, no response yet, they decided to take leave until 02 November without communicating with me. They were extremely rude during interview, speaking about guptas and corruption because I'm Indian. He also based the assessment for the car claim on his opinion, not allowing me to provide my side of story with facts from my occupational the******, his medical report was also incorrect which I have proof, he doesn't want to take that into account and just assumes I'm lying. He has no understanding of mental health issues and dismissed what I was saying as lies. Absolutely terrible service from outsurance. I hope they reject my claim so I can sue them. Everything has been recorded. So I have proof.
