Ive called Dstv multichannel using my Airtime Just for a change of ownership Zanele Magqangeni was the knee helping me.. She called me back while the other consulted was helping me What makes me angry she's so impatient.. She just hangup my call with no help Now my 85 years old decorder is off..Just because she's is impatient..Iam stil waiting for her call as she said before... But now im angry with her very poor customer service.She should have let someone help me. DSTV HAS A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance Kgomotso Makhetha is a good and understanding service provider.. I give her 10/10 for that... Miway is my protector Miway insurance is my yokiyoki..It is the best 👌 insurance ever. When you talk they listen.. They are very patience.. I have added show max to my package. So as from today I almost spend R120.Calling them. I ask simple thing a Link For a Code I call them 3x and they keep saying wil send the link. So using Multichoice sometimes it's a stress. That's why people ar nolonger using this DSTV. Their service is very poor

I am happy to announce that my issue with👇 Fnb bank has being resolved within 12hours I was called immediately from Fnb Westgate branch. And my problem wer immediately resolved. Fnb my bank I love you I won't shift from you... **Just because of fast tracking my problem. And the consultant I blame receive my apology also🙇♀️ Thank you Fnb Westgate Branch. My R160 wer reversed back to my account... BRAVO.
On the 20th June I visited FNB Bank in Westgate for some reason. The consultant who was helping me that time tell me that I'm having da check account offer... To change my card to the one with more offers and bucks. I ask here if I am going to be charged for a new card? She said NO..Fnb is not going to charge me anything for a new card. But I am surprised to see that I have being charged R160. For card replacement. I am angry because they selling us lies. Their consultant ar very evil.I want my R160 back because I didn't want to change.. And she said changing of card is for FREE I wil never be charged.. But now I'm charged. I felt helpless and being ******. Fnb need to be honest with their customers. Not to sell us **** news. Fnb consultant behave like ****ers. I want my money Back. And I'm gonna draw all my money and go to Another banks where they wil respect me.
I have being calling mutichoice from Friday. I have spend morethan R100 of airtime because of their poor service I was told to keep on holding for more than 30minutes. Even now I recharge with R70 it is also gone because they said hold and hold. The truth is they had a very very bad service. Soon they will lose all their customers. They overcharged me I call them still no help. This is rude and poor customer service. I need them to call me now and fix this *******. Thanx
Yesterday I engaged with miway whatspp board in the morning. I was ask on how can I be helped And I told them I want to upgrade the adress. But Guven Chauke said he wil come back to me. I WhatsApp again when I see that no help He said again he wil come back to me. But until today no call from miway. Their clients service departments to be taught a good customer service. It's almost 2pm nothing from them. Remember I have being using Miway for 9 years. I'm not a bad payer I am a good and loyal client. Tshepisong in Roodepoort JRA do the careless job next to my gate.they do a sewerage bow infront the gate. So my car is nolonger the same.This has happened on the 08 November 2024 until now they haven't fix my car.
I requested Uber this morning by 06:05.29/12/24 I wait and wait and decide to catch another transport. The Uber driver came late and I said to him I am not far from Robots..He started yelling and using violent words. He even promise to shoot me.Uber should check ******** records before they hire drivers. We are not safe on UBER.That driver is very dangerous. PFANO IS RUDE
I am sick and tied with their service. Per day I am called NY 10 X people giving me different information. The last one was Mpho now now with new information. I have being updating my policy every month. But today I am told my policy lapse by June 2024
