I've never been so frustrated with MTN like right now, after being loyal for so many years. The service I am getting right now is just horrible, I have been trying to upgrade my contract since Saturday, I am just so exhausted from following up. I cant even work because I use this data to work, I guess it's time to change a service provider.
I received an exceptional service for my first claim from miway blink. Thank you Nomhle and the rest of the team. They are also quick to respond and consistent with the monthly cash backs.
Hyndai Ballito service is horrible, I am dealing with Sashin and his service is really bad, with lack of communication and professionalism. Not just him but with the other staff I dealt with as well, including the reception. It's been over a month asking for feedback and not getting a response at all or no proper feedback they always making excuses. I am really disappointed with Hyndai Ballito as I have dealt with Hyndai in Gauteng (Midrand and Strydom Park) and their services are always exceptional.
Worse nertwork provider! I cancelled my contract months ago beacause of always having nertwork issues and they still taking debit orders and changing references, amounts and dates. This is seriously annoying.
