Bus 850 from East London to jhb please fix the bathroom
My debit order goes off on the 5th, I had money in my account and home loan did not debit it, but i was charged for unsuccessful debit order and now I. am currently in arrears. Please fix it. I worked hard to clear my name.🤢🤮
I sold my car, changed the ownership hence I was still owing cartrack. I paid R180 on the 18/02/2025 time 17:44 from my daughters Capitec account with my reference. I have been harassed everyday because car track have 20 people calling you asking same thing and you have to send POP to all of them. It's disgusting. draining.
I have 2 decors on my name. I have closed one in 2022. Last month when I made payment our dstv wasn't playing, I then called they allocated my payment on the decor which was closed a while ago. They then moved it to the one we are using. Now my service is disconnected when I call this morning they said I owe 500+ yet I have paid on the 3rd of October. They want me to pay for their mistake because we don't use the decoder they said I must pay. If have called several times this month about the same error where they have disconnected some channels. If I had to give multi choice 0 start. I would gladly do it.
I purchased a ticket on the 17 or 18 April from PE to Johannesburg for my partner. When he gets to the station he was told his ticket was cancelled, he had to purchase another ticket. The money was debited from my account R560 I called the office and ask them why the ticket was cancelled, they said it was time out when I paid. I spoke to Khomisani Nkwinika on the phone, I sent all necessary documents, I have emailed her several times same-day we wanted to purchase another ticket, we were not helped. She then emailed me later to say the money was gonna be paid in 48 hours, it's been 2 weeks now I didn't receive my money. When I send email I don't get any feedback. All I want is my R560. Economy is very bad. I would also like to complain about yesterday's bus to PE. Pick up was 5pm, the bus came an hour later. After passing Bloemfontein the driver had to go back for some other 2 passengers. The arrival time in PE was supposed to be 8:50 and now the bus is still in cradock. Passengers will have to be late about 3 hours.
I would like to know why are we in the dark from Monday. Turfontein Garden street. Our electricity was faulty from Monday today it's Friday. Workers come and work but we still in the dark. Do they employ unqualified people?
My brother in-law purchased a car from we buy cars Port Elizabeth on the 22/12/2022 Renault duster 1.6 expression 2018 year model. The first installment was supposed to be on the 30/01/2023. Friday 13/01/2023 the car was not starting, he then called his insurance to tow it to we buy cars in Port Elizabeth. They promised that the car will be ready on Monday, they went back to find the car in the same condition, they couldn't find any tangible answer as what is wrong in a car, they were not given a choice on getting another car since this car is still new, it haven't finish a month with us. They asked to speak to the manager and they waited since they said he was busy they spent 4 hours, they left around 5:pm . They were asked to come back tomorrow but they have decided to take matter to this level because of the store service. There's still installment to be paid at the end of the month.
I have applied for the credit card mid year, after it was approved the consultant said I will be receiving a message in a week's time to collect the credit card and I never did. I went to the bank several time after the credit card was listed on my clear score account. It's been 3 months now no feedback from the bank. Whenever I go there, they say I must leave my ID number and contact details they will get back to me yet they never did
I tried to purchased flight tickets, the money was debited but I did not received the tickets, I then email the company as requested by the bank, they said they have removed Authorization. The money is still showing on my balance but the bank doesn't want to reverse it. It is still my money, I never received the goods I ended up buying bus tickets to Capetown. It's been a month now,
I would give 0/5 for a telephone manner. What is the use of telephone in their shop if they can say be quick I am serving customers. The lady who assisted me telephonically simple has no telephone manner. Their services is slow, queue never ends. They are alway busy while customers needs assistance. 1or 2 people who would assist you with open heart.
