Pitty I cannot give less than one star!!! My package was missent to the incorrect depot, 1004kms away from me, this was two days ago. When i finally got hold of them, they were going to get back to me and ask for it to be redirected. Well, nobody has come back to me and my package is still on the other side of South Africa!!! They do not answer their phones and they do not reply within minutes on their website. They also have not yet answered my online query. I am worried that I will not receive my package I was supposed to receive two days ago!!!!
One star is waaaaaaay too much. I got a missed call, phone did not ring. Got this attitude from the woman helping like she was not listening to what i am saying. According to her emails and sms's had been sent but i searched and found nothing. I asked can she please whatsapp me the details and still received nothing! How can i make any payments without having banking details to make them to. I explained my email inbox is full but that just went over her head completely! This is shocking! Where the heck does she expect me to make payments to if she wont send me the banking imformation on the one channel i expressed i will definately get it??????
Disgusted is the word wihen it comes to ebucks. I have not received my ebucks now for the passed 3 months. I swipe my card at partners such as clicks, shoprite and also takealot. I have purchased from all these and more. where are my ebucks????? I received till end november last year and then they just stopped! Where are my ebucks???????
I don't even want to give this bank one star!!!! I opened a savings account for my son. First they went and gave his VERY ABSENT father signing rights with me and now that his account is maturing I cannot seem to get an answer as to where I must send the forms to withdraw his funds so that I can move it to another bank!!! I need to be able to handle my son's account without having to deal with a father who does not seem interested in the child's well being and who also lives hundreds of kilometers away!!!! When I try and phone the branch where the child's account was opened, the phones do not get answered. I would like to put my son's money somewhere where he will be receiving the best interest rate as well as the best customer service!! Absa IS NOT THAT BANK!! WHY DO I HAVE TO STRUGGLE SO TO DO WHAT I NEED TO DO AS A PARENT FOR MY CHILD???????
What a pity I cannot give NO STARS!!!! I have been emailing now for the passed two weeks about my internet that just has absolutely no consistency, it keeps lagging and disconnecting, and this is only from my son watching cartoons, NOTHING ELSE!!! I have a 50mbps line which should be more than sufficient, however, it is not. This is unacceptable seeing IGEN just upped their fees by a whole 10%. Now they were quick to get back to me on a date when the fees going up's notice was sent, but it has since been two weeks and still no response on the internet/WIFI connection that is quite frankly up to ****!!!! How long does a person have to wait for this place to get back to you without telling me I need to upgrade my line for cartoons!!? This is ridiculous. How can they justify fees increasing by that amount with such bad service and connection?????
Absa deserverves no starts. Every momth now absa has been taking admin costs of over R1000 for the passed 4 month. WHY???? I have a set package and these additional ridiculous charges are way out of lime and unaffordable. Still disappointed in the unsympethetic bank i chose.
Absa has journal debited a large amount from my savings account today. After attempting to get hold of them numerous times i finally got through and they were very rude and inconsiderate on the phone. I asked can they please do a reversal as that was meant to be my rent and they said it wont happen. I explained that i had not enough income for a few months and that was loaned money fo my rent. They refused to even try and help. When i asked if i could take a loan to consolidate my debt they just told me wrong department.... I find it very sad that this is how they treat clients who have been with them almost 20 years. Absa is only helpful when you have money in your account. When you need your bank to be there they wont even listen.... They're slogan says today tomorrow together??? How is this true when they, without permission take money from your account? You need help from your bank during a slow business time or just some understanding and they refuse... I regret ever becomming an absa client. You treat long term clients with courtesy and respect, not the discontent absa has shown.

Worst service ever. You get told you will wait 2 weeks for you online items and thwn it takes 14 weeks and then all of a sudden 18 weeks. They used customs as an excuse and then i had to beg for a refund and an update on my packages. I still have not received an update. Get very rude when you insist on updates for items you paid for months ago.
i have received by faf THE WORST service fr vodacom. Aftsr being a loyal customer for 15years they could not cancel a cancellation of an interim month to month wifi after they had cancelled my fibre installation. when i phoned to follow up the woman at the callcentre put the phone down in my ear. Which is a horri le thng to do to a customer.... the fibre install was cancellwd after vodacomvot there 3 months late and had issues with needing more time and bookinb wrong dates etc. this was asked to be camcelled with the interim wifi, how is the install camcelled yet the wifi remains active??????? I am very unhappy with the level of servi e received and i believe ve that a network provider such as vodacom could do better, especially for a custer of 15 years...
