Ok so I am not sure if I am the only person livid with capitac business banking division they are completely useless ,I have had this business account for the past 2 years can not make a transaction the staff at branch level have to call an agent who is completely useless the app does not work ,I will like a response with a number of someone with knowledge who can help me close this account I really did make a mistake and just keep transferring funds to keep this account opened ,no purpose in using standard bank and trying to give capitac business banking a chance when the whol system is up to **** ...

Urgent: Disappointing Service Experience with Mitsol I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I have received from Mitsol. As a client, I expected professionalism, transparency, and prompt communication. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have left me utterly dissatisfied. Allow me to outline the key issues: 1. Contract Confusion Initially, I believed I was on a month-to-month contract, as communicated by your sales representative. However, I later discovered that I am bound by a 12-month contract. This lack of clarity is unacceptable. 2. Admin Inefficiency Megan, the admin representative, failed to address my concerns effectively. Instead of providing assistance, she merely sent me a screenshot of my contract. This dismissive approach reflects poorly on Mitsol's customer service. 3. Suspension Without Explanation After making a payment, my services were suspended without any communication or explanation. As a business owner, I find this lack of follow-up unprofessional and frustrating. 4. Lack of Customer Service Taryn Govender's behavior has been appalling. Her disregard for customer satisfaction is evident. I sincerely hope that the owners or directors are aware of how clients are treated. 5. Technical Team Exception The only bright spot has been your technical team. They are knowledgeable and take the time to assist clients effectively. As a business owner who values honesty, customer service, and decision-making skills, I have never encountered such a lack of respect and interest from a service provider. I had even considered installing Mitsol services at my mother's place, but the lack of responsiveness from your finance team has further cemented my decision. In stark contrast, my experiences with Vox and Telkom have been significantly better. Their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction stand out. I implore Mitsol to rectify these issues promptly. As a paying client, I deserve better treatment. It seems buying a box of slabs for your kids birthday at school can end in a complete embarrassment...I have purchased from a store a box of chocolates expiry date was in 2023 but when my kid gave the choclates out every single slab was rotten old and not edible absolutely disgusted with beacon chocolates
I can not come to terms with Tiger brands ,yesterday i recieved a call from the call center which I missed as normal people work ...I get an sms to call back so when i was done with my meeting ,I called spoke to a young guy who promised that i will recieved a call at 2pm which did not happen ...This morning lady calls me says i missed called the number ...i was so angry because she asked for my refrence she took it down didnt even try to help and thanked me what the hell is she thanking me for I fell so disgusted and have never felt this upset as a consumer beacon tigerbrands gets rated a 0 from me
I am disgusted that I purchase a slab only to find worms coming out ,I have sent the picture to Tiger brands and no one responds .The email address coppingssc@beacon.co.za is invalid . I can not believe that Beacon is gone to the stage where customer service and quality means nothing . I will like for Tiger brands to send the pictures that I have sent them and you guys must see if this is what you guys offer these days ..
