They have terminated my account, without any reason. All my points lost, they were supposed to let me claim my rewards first, before termination
I lost all my point, after they have moved to the new platform.
Bad service ever, the driver is very rude. He called me letting me know that he delivered my parcel at the wrong place. My tracking status says its undelivered, because of invalid phone. How did I speak to the driver if my phone it's invalid. The driver didn't even give me a chance to speak. He was just shouting at me, telling me I'm negative and he will find my parcel.
The worst network ever, every two days there is no network. The office workers are VERY rude. We spends nights without wifi, until in the morning or late in the afternoon.
I have not received my order I'm very disappointed. I ordered last year 13th of November
I have ordered 3 items, I received only 1. No communication, nothing.
