No wonder everyone is cancelling their subscription. I use my rewards to get a voucher. They had the cheek to provide me a voucher that expired 3 months ago.
Immediately after installation I was asked for a review. Decided to wait to see rather after sales service. And this is when they have already 100% payment. I would definitely not recommend them again as I have done. Soon as you have paid them there is no after sales service. And I can see other people had similar complaints regarding their after sale service. 1) First battle to get my COC certificate 2) The SSEG inspector had some issues, that they have not bother to come fix. 3) Asking about warranty on the system, never received given a clear answer how it will work and the process. 4) After more than a month got the system eventually on my phone, now it disappear and battling to get it back. 5) Asked also various times to give me a demonstration of the setup, just ignored. 6) They were working next door at the neighbor ask them twice to come and assist, and now I see they just disappeared. Sending multiple emails and most of the times they do not even bother to answer.
They have promised me vouchers before they moved to their new panel and it is now more than a month and I have received nothing. Why will I partake in their new panel if they do not honor their promises.
Can't get hold of them. Lock your account and then still have the cheek to say that they will renew your subscription which you have never signed up for, Tried to get hold of them, but it is impossible.
I have a fixed deposit that matures end of the month. I want it to pay me out on maturity. Email from ABSA indicates that I must visit my branch before the time. Visited the branch today, but the consultant told me otherwise and say I must come after maturity. Email indicates that it will be automatically reinvest and I do not want it to. I want my money paid out on that day.
If you do enough reviews you get vouchers and they pay out the vouchers very quickly ith no problems
National Fire and Security has taken over a local company in our area. We were not informed and the pushed the price up with more then R100. I cancelled my service and they removed their radio. Now 4 months down the line they debit my account illegally gain
Good Day, Why is a unapproved debit order go through on my account. I thought ABSA is there to protect customers from people that takes money illegally from your account when it is not due to fault of the customer. This happenned 4 months ago and I had to pay R80 and it is now happenning again. On the 26th April my account was debited with R507.48 from a company called National D81111. I I have to change my account, then I think with all the hassles is to move my account to another bank for better protection.
Now I understand why DSTV get such a low rating. There accounts is in a total mess. I paid last year 28 Feb 2021 for a year 12 months and it includes 1 free month. I received yesterday my account is overdue. I phone and promised it will be sorted out. Today I got a shock I owe them a over a R1000. I phone again and the lady first said yes it was due yesterday, but then she investigate and said no it is in January. She will look further, but my account still shows no change. Now if they cut you off and it is there fault they will slap reconnection fee onto it as well. I must say in both cases they promised they will phone me back and they never do. No wonder DSTV do not public reply. Well it looks like I will be joining Netflix or one of the other streaming services as well.
