I booke a ticket. No ticket number. Contact nu,mber listed does not exist. E-mail no response. No booked trip listed when I log in theIr website. Not even sure if booking is legit. ref:TWBR-F452714

Risk department keeping my funds after 2 months, I have not had a call from a Leroy that was supposed to contact me. Yoco seems to be notorious with keeping high amounts in their account and send you from pillar to post. The worse one is one of their consultants calling me a criminal blatantly then did not send the chat via email as per standard procedure. I have sent all documents they have requested and since then, no feedback. My money is sitting with them so they should say processing fee plus interest from your money until we deem it fit for transfer. I informed them that my house burnt down and am in need of my funds and I was answered with an automated confirmation of receipt. Imagine
My mother activated a contract at cellucity Canal Walk for her granddaughter and specifically asked for a top up package but they activated a postpaid package for her. When the bill came and we saw the bill we then requested for the package to be migrated but we had to wait three months for that to be possible. We then set limits on the package but there was an automatic recharge that they couldn't remove even when we took the device to Canal Walk vodacom. Since this was accumulating a high bill we decided to use another vodacom data contract sim with the device until we were able to migrate the sim to a controllable package. The phone was then pick pocketted on month 4 with the sim still in storage. We claimed for the insurance for the device. And the claim was denied due to the fact that the sim was last in use two months prior. We then explained why the sim was not in the device but the claim was still not fulfilled. The sim card is still with us and no simswap was processed since they think that we lost the phone before the indicated time. Vodacom had failed to replace the device and the funny thing is that they are still including the insurance in their bill every month for a device that has been lost. I'm very disappointed because I am a die hard vodacom customer for over 20 years and never in a million years would I think that vodacom would adjudicate a claim so carelessly especially when the root of the problem was when their service provider decided to make more money by activating a post paid instead of a top up regardless of my mother's instructions.
I bought a 6 pack of dragon energy drink. found one that was half empty this not being the first time this happens . Being a good citizen I sent an email informing dragon,energy from their website and they have not come back to me. So is this a norm where a customer receives less than half of what they pay for or was it a mistake. I am disappointed at this brand.
The difference between an uncut and cut cake is R82.00. This I found out on Sunday morning at Spar The Paddocks. They wanted to charge me for not cutting a cake. This was a cake that was on display but uncut the 12 slices would have added up to R268 but because I did not want it cut the price went up to R350 confirmed by the manager. Doesn't make sense, day light robbery. Sooo disappointed at this exploitation
I bought a packed meal at pick n pay sable square. My children served themselves and ate and in the process discovered that some of the items in the meal were off. Having consumed some of this food resulted in food poisoning. This not being the first time that I notice that the food prepared at this branch of pick n pay is not fresh. Serving old food to customers is dangerous and I do not believe that this practice is lawful or in line with health and safety regulations in our country.
