Pay city the most useless online place to pay fines.
Pay City is terrible they work with Emfuleni Muncipality. My Dad had 2 fines was paid a month ago proof of payment was send through. When I went to the traffic department on Friday there was no outstanding fines or notices on their system. He can't take out his licence disc for this month because pay city says his fines are not paid. Thus he can't get his licence disc's. Useless independent contractors

FASTA LOANS handed over my account to their Laywers and then stole my money.
I owed Fasta R7100 at the end of March 2025. Couldn't pay the amount and after a month or two it was handed over to the lawyers at Nimble Group. On the 6th of June 2025. Nimble phoned me to make an arrangement to pay R3000 towards the FASTA Loan. As far as I'm concerned and what the credit law says is that FASTA wavered the right to collect any money from me. On the 27th of June 2025 FASTA deducted the full amount of R7100. After fighting with them they paid R4100 into my account and *******ly kept R3000. Nimble Group deducted R3000 from me as arranged in the 30th of June 2025. FASTA Loans kept my R3000 which weren't allowed to take in the 1st place as collateral. Until Nimble Group allocated the R3000 towards them. Its been 3 weeks and FASTA stole my fuel money to work as well as money for food. FASTA's excuse is that the account is under investigation. I haven't received any of my money of the R3000 they to took from me. NEVER EVER GET A Loan FROM FASTA Loans. They think they are above the law and just do what they want to. I will not rest and take it further until my money is paid back to me

The Courie Guy gets things horribly wrong
I sent a package yesterday for delivery overnight to Dinokeng resort next to Hammanskraal with specific instructions to phone the customer 30 min before hand to get him at the gate. Today the driver phones 5 min before the time and wants to drop off in Silverton Pta. The guy is angry with me I even paid extra farm, plots rate. You can't even do a simple job. Weve been working with you for years. Don't let a good relationship come to an end. It better be there tomorrow no one is there on Friday. Wake up JHB depot. I phoned your after hours number mailbox. Phoned the warehous number puts me on hold. Phone me immediately tomorrow morning.

FNB Loan handed over to TSL Legal without warning
My wife's Fnb Loans is a bit behind caught up very quickly in 2 months. Over the past two months my wife has paid a lot into the account to catch up. Fnb Loans did phone last month and she made arrangements. Now suddenly it has been handed over to TSL Legal just an sms no phone call or warning. Phoned FNB Loans twice phone goes dead. Phoned TSL Legal twice phone goes dead. Don't understand what the problem is after payments have been made into loan account. There is a significant change in amount owed and payments made towards the loan accounts. Very unprofessional from FNB. This is the second time in the same month that I've had problems with FNB. Come on FNB man or woman up. Really this is getting irritating and I'm very annoyed with you at the moment. Phone my wife and make a plan very quickly.

FNB ATM Constantia Kloof stole my deposit money
On Tuesday 13 September 2022 I deposited cash into an FNB ATM at 07:45. The ATM took the money and cancelled the deposit. I went to the branch at Constantia Kloof and filled in the necesarry paperwork same day. It has been 48 hours and the money is still not reflecting in the business account at FNB I deposited the cash to. I tried phoning FNB was transferred to the business side. The call got hung up so wasted my airtime. This is really unacceptable if that money doesn't reflect in the account today I don't get paid. I will make dure the business account at FNB is closed and we will move to another bank. So make a plan very quickly fair warning.

Capitec Bank offline payments not received
My wife have been waiting for payments made ditect from other banks since Thursday Im very disappointed from Capitec side this is really unprofessional since system has been online no payments recieved. Absolutely unacceptable

Vumatel Contractors Theft and Fraud
On the 25th of March I dropped products off at East Lynne Pretoria worth over R25000. Didn't receive payment the contractors in the area that work for Vumatel send me a false proof of payment loaded the stock and left. How can you have contractors installing Fibre that steal from other companies. I have opened a case at SAPS. I have tried to phone Vumatel numerous times with no reply. I want Vumatel CEO to phone me personally Mr Neil Schoeman. I've been waiting for a month no payment

Mega Pharmacy Vereeniging Bad Service
No help whatsoever not many people in store. People jumping the ques. Helping other people that came in after us. Doesn't look like the pharmacists are eager to do their job as well as people on the floor. Needs to be addressed. No order or control
