CompCare Admin is appalling. My mom had asked for the membership to be initiated from the 1st of April due to an error that was done by a Hippo Broker. CompCare decided to charge from February and when I queried the statement they did not even have the decency to resolve any of my emails. They took months to respond and could not even resolve my issue. My mom has since decided to terminate the membership due to poor service.

Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Vox. I’ve been dealing with Waren Johnson and have not been able to get any assistance. I had ordered a UPS and cancelled it. However Vox still proceeded with the delivery. I asked them to arrange collection and this has not yet been done. I have since received an invoice for an unreturned hardware. I’ve been calling Vox to arrange for collection and haven’t received any assistance 2 weeks later.
MTN customer service is appalling, had an enquiry re my invoice after a recent contract upgrade and I was sent from pillar to post. The consultants do not understand the functions their respective departments perform. Disappointing really.
My experience with Loom Insurance which is now owned by King Price has been the worst. I recently submitted a claim for a stolen device and they are refusing to give me the device I had initially insured. I have been offered a device that has way more storage capacity than the originally insure device and this has cost implications and I am now expected to pay a significantly high excess. This is beyond unfair. They are not even responding to my emails and I cannot get a hold of them via telephone. Will definitely move to another cellphone insurance company after this. I am Livid.

Very disappointed. Sent my cellphone for repairs at King Price Insurance (formerly known as Loom Insurance) about 3 weeks ago, a week later the phone was returned and the screen was unresponsive. I had to send the phone back, when it was returned for the second time, I was under the impression that the screen issue had been fixed, only to experience the same problem once again. Such poor workmanship. I am livid.
