Made a travel booking and paid the full price upon confirmation of availability, I then received confirmation that the booking was finalized. 2 weeks later I was simply informed that they made a mistake. I have holiday plans arranged around that booking (it was our half-way stop). They simply cancelled and informed that no other accommodation would be available during that time either. Such a disregard for anyone and the fact that they actually confirmed all to be in order, I didn’t continue looking and now its too late.
Tomorrow will be 4 weeks without an update on the return of a defective online purchase. The item was returned in the condition received at the store and numerous attempts at follow-up have been made. Emails are just being ignored, they got paid and dont care much about anything else
My fiber line has been down for a very long time, I’ve tried every option to get some assistance these past 7 days. Service log requests with on Vodacom’s app are (SR250106-516965) submitted last week Monday and (SR 250113-526977) submitted today since the previous log was closed without my fiber being restored. Please send someone to fix the line. Its getting extremely costly having to wait without any indication of when it will be repaired or if I can alternatively be released from the contract due to go and search for a better service elsewhere.
I’ve been struggling for a week to get our fibre restored. I’ve communicated through the app, WhatsApp’s and emails but still nothing. Not sure if the problem is their relationship/communication with Vumatel but this has cost me a lot in terms having to buy ad-hoc data for our household as well as in terms of inconvenience. I am sure they will deduct full payment though. Good mobile network, but once you have a problem with the fibre line you are seemingly left without any recourse or assistance. Logging a service request (SR250106-516965) just saw it being closed on their side without repairs having been or any indication given of when repairs could be expected. I was initially told that it could take 48 -72 hours. It’s been a week now and still nothing and no indication of when any actual assistance will be given.
I've neer had any problems with Bonitas paying as advertised. Great value for money proposition and very efficient.

Waiting 6 months to get repairs done. Started off strong, but havent received feedback on messages in weeks since despite several attempts. After receiving payment, it seems they stopped caring to tend to faulty work being returned.
Signed up on their black November Fiber deal. I checked the coverage in advance and thought that the 50mb upload and 50mb download uncapped was a great deal for the price on offer. It's been 3 weeks and the service is still not activated. I was told that if I now want out of the contract I would need to pay the 24 months, but this would clearly be robbery in my opinion since they seemingly cannot provide what was advertized
Cannot access subscription content despite being an active subscriber and having made the subscription payment. Only contact to ask for assistance is website messages that get ignored. Dont make subscription payment, access to information as promised is never available
You will not be able to read any subscriber content despite paying subscription fees and activating an account. Real time access as marketed is completely false. No contact details available other than website messages which get ignored.
