I bought a perfumes /colognes from a certain seller. I specifically asked if they arr authentic or not. She assured me that there are authentic. Only to receive them and there's no smell. None! It's like she poured water into the bottles.
I was assisted by Lisa. Great service and there were cheaper than other sites. Communication was smooth.

Dear All I would like to complain about the lack of service that we get from Nedbank - KwaMashu (both Bridge City and KwaMashu Center). Yesterday, 10 May 2021, I "visited" the Bridge City branch. I arrived at 14:01 and stood on the queue outside the bank (as per covid19 regulations). I stood on the line for exactly 46 minutes with no movement. A gentleman who was behind me went to enquiry from the security guard regarding the lack of movement. He was then told that we are just standing in the queue because we want to, but we will not be assisted as they are offline. No bank employee came out to inform us about their systems being offline neither the security bothered. I personally called the call centre to confirm what was said and indeed the call center confirmed it. As to why we were not informed as soon as we joined the queue really is beyond me. It just shows how unprofessional they are. Again, today, 11 May 2021, I skipped work to sort my card issue out at the KwaMashu Center branch and I can confirm that an hour later, I am still waiting in the queue with no communication from anyone that works here. One employee came to ask if there's anyone in the queue who's here to open a new account. Another came out to ask if there's anyone who's here to apply for a personal loan. The above clearly shows that the systems are working but we (those that came to renew the cards because Nedbank has decided that we need to change our cards) are NOT a priority. I don't have access to my app...I can't withdraw my own money and I'm here for over an hour and still not assisted. The frustration and disappointment is beyond me.
Visited Nedbank in Bridge City Mall (Durban)...waited for over an hour in the outside queue but the great service I received made me even forget that I had waited for that long outside. Consultants were friendly and sure built rapport. It took a while to solve my query but they were very patient. Well done Nedbank Bridge City team!
A week ago I visited MTN store in Bridge City Mall (Durban). The aim was to do a sim swap as I lost my contract data sim card. Unfortunately they were offline. I therefore wasn't assisted. Few days later, I went back again. Again, they were offline. I'm here again today, still offline! What put me off even more was the level of unprofeeessionalism. The manner of approach from the consultants really is a huge disappointment. Rude with capital R!
After my 14 year old's first day of school, she came back & ask me about feminism. "Mum, what does it mean when someone calls you a feminist?" I reluctantly responded, which no much knowledge. I could sense she could see how clueless I really was to her question. Maybe I have been ignorant when it came to the topic. Two days later, I came across a Facebook post, a post that was about feminism and the writer recommended few books on feminism. I quickly Google the books. Takealot had them. I bought the cheapest. It was all I could afford. I ordered during the day. The next day I received an e-mail to collect my parcel. The service was very prompt! At the collection center it literally took me a minute to collect my order. Efficiency....Professionalism...Great service!
When is Nedbank reviewing the send imali option? From 2016 people have been complaining about the fact that a reversal cannot be done unless you are the receivers mercy! Why can't the OTP be sent to the sender's cellphone number who will then send it to the receiver? I mean, it cannot be that hard. That's how other banks are doing it. Why can't we? You'll can be depressing!
