I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Tracker. After canceling my contract, they continued to deduct money from my account without authorization. When I contacted them to resolve the billing issue, I was met with total hostility. A male consultant actually swore at me over the phone and refused to assist, stating "it’s not their problem." To make matters worse, their tracking service is unreliable. While my car was in for repairs, the shop warned me they were disconnecting components and that Tracker would call me to verify the alert. I never received a single call or notification. When I escalated this to a supervisor, she took no responsibility and told me it was my problem. Avoid this company—they are happy to take your money but offer zero security and even less respect
They are very helpful and quick to assist, highly recommend.
Everyday my parcel is out for delivery, but never delivers. Worst couriers ever, i strongly do not recommend them.
