Graaff Brakes Westrand provided excellent service. They promptly answered my call and were friendly, professional, and helpful. Their provision of coffee and comfortable seating while waiting was appreciated. However, expanding amenities to include other drinks and snacks (vending machine?) and enhancing the waiting area with magazines, charging stations, etc. would be beneficial. Dear Axxess Client, When we launched the Uncapped on the go product it was designed to be used on the go in a MiFi device. Perfect for basic Internet usage when moving around. We have picked up that the product is being used as a primary internet service at a fixed location resulting in excessive data usage on this service. We would love to continue the service however to do this we need to change the AUP to 50GB as of the 1 st of June 2022. Once the 50GB AUP has been reached, your speed will be managed down to 256kbps. Bunch of liars! I've used ~6GB total on that connection in May.
Axxess is the middleman. So if I have a problem with my internet connection it is not MTN or Telkom... it is AXXESS I contact. Sort out the problem, or give me back my money!
What is wrong with MTN's mobile data? Feels like we're back in the 80s with 2500bps baud rate.
mmm...funny how they can disconnect you in a second... take your money in a second... but it takes +12 hours to reconnect you.
This was the first time I had dealings with Aramax and they may not be the ones to blame in this case. It seems that they use other courier companies for the actual deliveries. I don't know how their internal system(s) work, but as a client, I hold them (Aramex) responsible. Other courier companies take 1-2 days to deliver... this Aramex delivery... 1-2 weeks. And the delivered document was crumpled up... like it was taken out of the trash. The delivery guy made some comments about this being the festive season and that they are very busy. Like I said... perhaps Aramex should look at who they use to do their deliveries.
Improve your feedback system Eskom... we do live in the 21st century, right? A technician has been sent out... great!... let the technician give more feedback on the problem... take photos... upload them... give us a link to a website with the info... anything but the "Alfred-loop". Try and call Eskom... you are number one..(hurray!)..hundred and fifty-seven in the queue :(
