It is an absolute nightmare to get assistance from my private banker.Several calls made no answer,msgs sent some don't get answered unless you follow up if they do get answered it's hours later.Please cancel our joint private client account (for both my husband and I).I sent my private banker an email 5 days ago till now no response.Tried to call her no answer no courtesy of calling back to understand assistance required.When I got my car financed in Feb I struggled just as much.
SS Future Holdings (Siyabonga Sithole) was paid over 100 000 to do work at my house.He left my roof in a worse condition leaking all over and refused to refund me or come and fix it.You should remove him from your panel you will loose credibility using him.

I logged a complaint on the 2 November 2024.Guardrisk called me last week Wednesday to acknowledge that Innovation Group referred the complaint to them.Its a week and I haven't heard anything.Your service is very pòor
We used your application and used ACS projects Pty Ltd (Ruan)to do our electric fencing.We paid him for an energizer that he was supposed to install.He has been giving us the run around since July and now he says he can't refund us.This is the second service provider we used through your application that disappointed us.You should take him off your panel!

I sent a complaint to Guardrisk regarding my claim rejection on Wednesday to ClaimsRepudiation@guardrisk.co.za. I just received an auto-response to confirm receipt. No turnaround time was given, and nobody has reverted with feedback. Not a great experience after having to struggle with Innovation Group as well to consider approving my claim. I have this policy for 9 years and this is the service I get.

Bolt deducted one ride twice and when I queried I get this auto response about a pre-auth payment which I don't understand.I have asked on the app that they explain it to me and again get an auto response.I need to get refunded!
