Fed up with Multichoice
First i struggled to get my dstv installed. Now I'm struggling to get my subscription corrected. They told me that my subscription would be R799 / month on a 24 month contract. When i checked my account i saw that it's R918. I wrote to them. They phoned me and acknowledged that they made a mistake and would be corrected in 24 hours. It is now 72 hours later and it's still not corrected. I wrote to them again but it's seems that they are ignoring me.

Bad customer service
My decoder pack up. DSTV offered me a Compact Plus package where they would provide me with a explorar decoder. That was around the 30 March. I arranged with them that the installer must contact me on the 7 April as we were on holiday. Never heard from them. I contacted them on the 8th April. I was informed that I would hear from them in 48 hours. Heard nothing. I contacted them now and I was told that they would contact me again in 48 hours. What a waste. I could've bought a decoder and still had dstv.

Spar Parys
The Spar at Parys don't keep to the adverti*****t. Long life milk is advertise at R89.99. No where does it states one per customer. But on their shelves they say one per customer. When i spoke to the supervisor she just said that's what it is.

Rotten meat
Checkers at Rivershed Parys had numerous complaints on Facebook about their rotten meat etc. I always thought people are are coplaining for nothing. Today i bought a packet of dry wors. When i got in my car i took a piece out and ate it, it was rotten! I took it back to the manager and told her that the people who complained was right. She refund me and asked if I would like to get something else. I asked her what are they going to do about the complaints? She didn't answer.

Spurs service getting bad!!
Were travelling this morning from Senekal towards Parys. Decided to have a meal at Kroonstad Spur. Took a long time for the waiter to bring me Rooibos tee. When i tasted the tee it was vife roses. Asked waiter to change it as i asked for Rooibos. Came back after awhile, asked if we could order our food? He said he will send the waiter. When i tasted my tee it was still five roses!!! Waited for the waiter, eventually stood up paid for my wife's cooldrink and left. Beginning to thing not to dine at any Spurs anymore!

Spur: Huh
Can't believe it. After the problems at Spur Kroonstad we decided to go to our Spur in Parys. I ordered a Castle Light Draft and our food. When we got the bill two Drafts were charged. Inquire " sorry sir!!

Value for money

Good that turned out Bad
I'm so disappointed with this company after i used them for so long. I ordered chutney from a pensioner lady from Vryheid and asked her to send it with this company. Two of the six bottels broke by mishandling. They refused to refund the damage bottels. This lady makes chutney for a income as she is a pensioner! She send me a replacement wich i paid for as it wasn't her fault. But really, Courier Guy could've refund her.
