Best fragrance discounter in terms of range and price.
Great discounter! Best prices for the real deal perfumes. The only downside is having to wait more or less a month for your delivery. Considering that the order is from America and delivered for free, it is well worth the wait. I recommend it to everyone.

Refunded within days
Had a problem with an order, sent it back to the pick-up point and I was refunded within days! Nowadays, companies are quick to take your money but never willing to return it when something goes wrong - I don't believe that Takealot.com is one of them. In my opinion, even just for this one reason, they're an awesome company!

All inclusive holiday was worth every sent!
Had a great all-inclusive holiday in Zanzibar thanks to the people from Africa Stay. The only issue we had was with an additional fee we had to pay to change my wife's plane ticket due to her passport still being booked in her maiden name while her ID was on her married last name.

Wrong delivery, no way to return.
Ordered a lifting belt from them, they delivered the wrong belt. Reported this issue (with pictures as proof) in an attempt to replace it - got a reply that they would check with the warehouse and let me know ASAP... That was two weeks ago!

You always get something out! When I hadn't claimed for 3 years, I received R 3 000 without any qualms. Whenever I would ask for a reassessment I would be assisted with friendliness and pay less each time. And when it came time to claim after my wife's car was written off, they settled the claim with two weeks. I am especially pleased with Karien Van Der Merwe, she dealt with us with compassion and comprehension. I truly found her to be invested in a positive outcome like she was on our side. I suppose that's the Outsurance difference.
