Boitshoko Pennylope Jautse kept me posted on a regular basis. Best consultant I have dealt with thus far. Thank Boitshoko Pennylope Jautse for not closing the case on me and for going the extra mile. I appreciate the level of service that I received from you. Thank you again🙏🏻
I secured a storage unit on 31/12/22 and paid R2419.01. When I arrived at the unit on the 01/01/23 the unit had a red lock on it whereby I could not access the unit. Storage is ignoring my calls and does not know who reimbur*****t clerk is. I have left numerous messages and no one returns my calls. They claim they have called but there are no miscalls. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE HIGHLT INCONVENIENCED AND YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK...
I joined a DEBTREVIEW company called MONEY24SA where CURZON CROY at the ABSA BUILDING IN VOORTREKKER ROAD, BELLVILLE was my consultant. Curzon did not explain that the first 2 payments will go towards attorney and admin fees. They debited an amount of R5295.08 on the 23/9/2021 as my first payment. They disbursed fees accordingly - PDA FEE R25.00, ADMINIDTRATION FEE R345.00, APPLICATION FEE R57.50 & RESTRUCTURING FEES R4773.58. Who knows what happened to the R95.00 that was left over from all the charges. My debtors kept harassing me for their September payments as MONEY24SA did not contact them neither has my debt been restructed with debtors, a month went by they have charged me but no work done from their side. Only a notification was sent to 1 of the 3 debtors. On 21/10/2021 I demanded a full refund as I was not satisfied with all the deductions and they have done nothing to rescue my finances. I contacted their office whereby I was told to contact their AFTERCARE division. Ilse van der Merwe was the clerk who I spoke with for the reimbur*****t after many calls and emails I received a reimbur*****t of R4773.58. I have been emailing Isle van der Merwe at RANDWISE DMG 2 SAREL CILLIERS ST OAKDALE BELLVILLE all day Tuesday 26/10/2021 where she is now ignoring my request of the balance of R521.50 to be reimbursed. Upon constantly calling Ilse she advised that my matter is now with JOHAN BONTHUIS who is at the same office as Ilse. When I called JOHAN BONTHUIS on Wednesday 27/10/2021, he told me I should not have received the reimbur*****t in the first place and he would love to take this as far as he possibly can. He will get The National Credit Regulator involved. He was rude and abrupt, this guy should not be dealing with people. I said would like an answer in the morning about my refund as we started arguing about weither I'm entitled to my R521.50 remainder reimbur*****t. JOHAN BONTHUIS told me the morning of 28/10/2021 that I am not entitled to receive my refund and still had the nerve to end his email asking... "Lastly, can you please confirm in writing whether you wish to cancel your process with us completely or was the refund request only for that one specific instalment" This is after I told them in many emails that I wish to get a full refund as I do want to deal with his company anymore... I feel that they held on to my money for 1 month, earned interest on it and greedily keeping what does not belong to them. I feel ripped off! They say they're “MAKING DEBT MANAGEMENT A LITTLE BIT EASIER” Not true in my experience!!! Don’t trust this company, they do not serve their clients, in my opinion!!!

Hlumela from PMD is a very good consultant. Thank you for assisting me, you are friendly and efficient. Well done PMD :)
Heidi Nolan said that my baby's nose is shorter than usual. I was not going to do the 2nd test with her but she what's app me insisting on how important the scan is and that she will assist me by having me pay the account off. On my final payment she hit me with a R150 admin fee charge on top of the bill. After emailing her begging to remove the admin fee as I have been in touch with her and I made arrangements with her. She emailed me back requesting that I respect her final decision and if I do not settle the admin fee then the account will be handed over. On her 1st statements she sends she had bottom left of the statement "Gods grace is enough". This dissapeares on later statements. Why use Gods name when her grace is not enough for her patients?
MISA UNION is the worst trade union!!! 09 January 2021 Hello Peter I have been working in the Motor Industry since December 2009 and have been a paid subscription member of MISA since said date. Trade unions exist to protect members employment interest and rights. Members often pay subscriptions for the organizations professional support and may sometimes rely on their advise on important work related matters such as employment disputes, pensions, sick leave funds pay-outs and health and safety issues. In my case with MISA’s negligence I have incurred financial losses and I have received negligent advise as well as refusal from their representatives to represent me in disputes relating to the terms of my employment and other work related issues. There was failure to provide services to a legally acceptable standard on 5 occasions. I have suffered at the hand of the employer and had to seek external assistance from the CCMA as a result of MISA refusing to assist me as all their employees advised that they have a very good relationship with my company’s HR Management. I have communicated with the following members at Misa on the following dates: Nomvula Kabila on 18 September 2019 who referred me to Ngoni Goba who failed to represent me on 12 September 2019. I had to represent myself in the grievance 1 process and when the manager persisted to aggrieve me I filed the second grievance whereby I called MISA again seeking their assistance whereby Tumi Ntshekang refused to sit in on a zoom call with myself and HR on 29 September 2020 when I lodged the second grievance against the abusive manager for victimization. I then spoke with Bertha Denichaud on 01 September 2020 as the victimization continued, I spoke with Anneke Venter who advised that I needed to get a petition signed as proof that I am not the only one being aggrieved by the manager on the 02 September 2020 which lead nowhere. The general manager suspended me from my employment during the first weeks of October 2020 so that they could line up witnesses to testify against me with petty and unfounded complaints against me. I fell ill and was booked off sick from my employment from 18 October 2020 to 01 December 2020 which arose from work related stress and emotional trauma. The employer refused to pay me any sick leave days even though I had 11 sicks leave days due to me as per Desiree Geyser at the Sick and Accident Fund at MISA. She could not pay these funds over to me as my employer refused to complete and sign the necessary documents to release the funds to me. I ended up without a salary for the month of November 2020. I lodged a grievance against the employer again for making unexplained deductions from my salary during September 2020 and October 2020 as well as no salary in November 2020 after my manager ignored emails, HR ignored my emails, I then spoke with Angelique Henning at the union and she spoke with the HR manager that she has a good relationship with and advised me after 1 week that that sorry the employer will not pay me the sick leave due to me and the previous deductions remains unexplained. I had to seek assistance from an attorney due to the run around MISA gave me. On 09 December 2020 I told Braam Cilliers the beginning to end of my experience with MISA, he advised that he would escalate the matter and get back to me as soon as possible, I did not hear from him since. Seven members of MISA refusing to assist me. I owe this to members of the Motor Industry. Please know that your employer will add MISA as your preferred union without your consent as MISA works for your employer regardless of the fact that you are the subscription payer, they will not assist you when you need the assistance. Educate yourself and see for yourself on YouTube what NUMSA does for their members and change unions as soon as you can. Ask your Payroll officer for a resignation form for MISA and complete your application form for NUMSA and send both these forms together to your payroll officer because MISA is very cunning and it seems like they will give you more but they will not. MISA pays sick leave as follows 10 days at 100% and 5 days at 50%. NUMSA pays 15 days sick leave at 75% which works out exactly the same. MISA seem professional on their brochures and on the internet but they in actual fact do nothing for you! MISA is the most pathetic union and they frustrate already frustrated members. Join NUMSA, they fight for their members that are unfairly treated in the workplace. Not like MISA who dont care about the well being of employees!!!

I had the worst service from Byrond@grtax.co.za amd Shireen. They completely ignored my requests and emails after Byron asked me to stay with GR tax in June2020 after I would have gone to Bulls eye tax consultants. I wish I never gave Byron the opportunity as we are 3days away from tax season closing and I was ready very early with all my tax papers. This was the worst service yet and my tax return will probably not be done this year due to GR Tax Tygervalleys lack of customer service and feedback. Byron did not only forget about me but both Byron and Shireen just totally ignored my emails sent to them. I am so dissatisfied and quite angry with how they wasted my time. Whenever I call Byron he would be on the road or at the shop.
