Ebucks This year the policies of ebucks has changed so many times and only to the benefit of the bank. As clients in order to reach level 5 in this economy we are expected to buy products we dont need. The categories in which we did earn points easily have been reduced tremendously. Digital banking and My cards points moved from 3500 to 2000 points. This is ridiculous as the points total to reach level 5 for clients did not drop. Clearly the high bank charges is not sufficient. There is no customer satisfaction. The quality of private bankers is inadequate. Secure chats is a waste of time as an agent eventually only becomes available after 10min. It was a great bank no longer first for sure. We as clients used to get grocery, golf movie vouchers on discount in the last 3 years its no longer offered. It seems that all benefits of banking at fnb for clients is being removed. As a loyal client I will now be looking at a bank the cares about my financial growth as well.
During orientation, we were presented with many favorable conditions that unfortunately have not materialized since enrollment. One of the key assurances was that class sizes would remain small, with additional classes opened as needed. However, the reality is quite different—many classes are severely overcrowded, with some exceeding 25 learners. This significantly limits the ability of teachers to provide individual attention, and unfortunately, quieter or more sensitive children often go unnoticed or unsupported. We have also observed that some teachers do not provide adequate academic or emotional support, and issues such as bullying are not addressed appropriately. When these concerns are raised with the principal, there is little to no follow-up or meaningful intervention. It is disappointing to see a private school, which promised quality education and individual care, becoming increasingly focused on numbers rather than nurturing its students. The current situation reflects broken promises and a shift toward overcrowding at the expense of student wellbeing.
Purchased online for a party. The nuttella donut was terribly sweet there was so much icing at the bottom I had to sc**** it off. Furthermore I felt that there was a mixture of crystal sugar with the little nuts that was put on one half. No longer my go to dessert or cheat choice. Sugar was overwhelming and took away the flavour of the dount.

Clearly there are over 2000 reviews about MRP online home that are very poor yet there is mo reply or improvement. I placed an online order of dinner plates. They packed it as with - 0 care. The box was torn the dishes obviously was broken. I sent several emails with absolutely no reply. Their whats app chat is very delayed after 4 hours a representative replies and then jas the audacity to ask me if I am still there. The sad part is that theor sales are still continuing so they don't care. The unfortunate in store sales people are dealing with us frustrated customers.
I reported that i placed an order for pickup at steers retail crossing.The app said it was ready. Upon arrival nothing was ready. I had to wait for them to prepare everything and because they rushed the preparation the chicken was uncooked causing food poisoning. Uber eats told me they can't refund me and i can notify the restaurant directly. Not everything is about money I was hoping they will state measurements if intervention will be placed to prevent further people from being food poisoned.
