I took my car for a service last year 27/11/23 for service. I did advise that car tyre preassure reader is not working. Upon the collection of my car i was told that part has been ordered and I will receive a call as soon as it arrives for installation. Customer service follow was done and I advised that I am still waiting for a call, I was promised a call but nothing happened. I called in last week Wednesday and I was promised a call back in 10m, nothing happened. I went there on Thursday and Jammie advised that there parts but I need to bring my car so that they can confirm is the correct one. Today 19/03.24 i brought my car in and the very same Jammie told me that we shouldnt speak of the past. They are going to order and still need to check if it is still under warranty. I mean 3 months later. Its Haval Westrand. Customers are not taken serious at all. Not sure if its the issue of the skin or the gender.
I had the best experience of my life. I was assigned to Sasha as my consultant. The service i received from her is out of this world. Sasha deserves all the recognition, bonus and premotion. She made me feel like I was her only client. Updates were amazing. There was a delaying on delivering of the parts from the dealership, however she was transparent about everything. Staff was very friendly from the receptionist, Whenever I call my call was answered with no time. All the staff members have integrity. I forgot my designer's sunglass in the car and I have signed that I took out all my belongins. After a week of collecting my car, I found them in the car and tagged with a date of a car delivery to the panel beater. My car is well fixed, it looks brand new. Thank you to all staff members.
I logged a complain on helopeter on Monday, on Tuesday I received a feedback. On Thursday my dispute was resolved to my satisfaction. I never had issues with A&G since I joined few years ago. My ride or die insurance company
I logged a claim for my device, I provided all the required info. My device was picked up on the 20/07/23. On the 26 i was advised that my device is not covered. My disappointment was that why was it not picked while logging a call to an extend that a vendor was booked to pick it up and test it the later been told its completely damaged and and cannot be fixed when i have advised very well while logging a call that it was working, i received a call while driving and could see numbers on the screen of the car. I was able to pick it up because it was connected via Bluetooth. I admitted the outcome and asked for my device to be returned, however I was expecting it to work only the screen was expected to be dead because it was charging even the alarm was going off while the screen was dead. I do have a proof. Thank God I took a video. I logged a call for with a dispute as I was not happy of how the call was handled, not the out come. Below is the mail that i have sent. Call was assigned to Abardean Roesoeff, who promised a feedback on the 9/08/23, it never happened. He then send mail a day after the 9th to advise that there's a delay. Been calling and was promised that he will call back till date. I do love Autogen and happy with all the claims that i have made. I don't understand what is the issue now. I made a car accident claim and the was no hassles. I wanted to add car warranties insurance but I am no longer sure. I am frustrated right now, I am still paying for that device and I am not sure of the further damage that was done for them to say its damaged and cannot be fixed while it was working. Regards Nomali
Good day FNB team My mom, MRS MA Smith has been banking with you all the years of her working life. She left money in her 32 days account after getting her provident fund monies. She requested a payout 3 months ago and her money has not been paid. It has been stories after stories that money has been paid but not sure where it went to, guys how does that happen with a Giant Bank like FNB. My mom is old not, taking chronic meds, she cant even buy herself meds because you dont want to pay her monies. She is not asking for a loan, she asking for her money to be paid back to her. i called HAVAL Fourways. I bought my HAVAL in 2019, H6C. My battery is completely dead. My car cannot start. Been calling since 8:30, transferred to the other companies. Left messages. Transferred to the extensions no answer. Sent back to the reception, get transferred again. No help. I thought i was going to upgrade but with such service. I dont think i will.
I was skeptical and I was proven wrong/ Received my order within 7 days. Emma updated me as soon as my order was packaged till delivery. Its legit guys is not a scam.
