From day one I had issues with Go solr. When they installed my solar system it kept tripping from day of installation for a full week. I complained as the system tripped our eskom grid power. It was a mission to get go solr to send a technician to check and replace the inverter as the first battery they gave me was nonsense. We used it and it would trip everyday at midnight for the whole week till they eventually changed the inverter battery and gave me a bigger one. Since then my main eskom Db board has had a sound as if there are wires touching. Ever since they installed and added wires to my db board this sound comes on and off Ever since. I have told Mfundo to ask a team to attend to this it's been a month as we speak they still haven't come to fix it. I am given promises that they Will arrive but they never do. I am very unimpressed with this and I can see I'm not being taken seriously as a customer. What do I need to do to get assistance from you guys ?? I don't understand. Please urgently send someone to assist me I will escalate to the right channels should my db board burst or end up switching off entirely due to your *********** technicians installing wires incorrectly.
Very happy with the service I got from go solar I had an issue with my battery they then assisted me.from start to finish. Ebrahim helped me throughout and also kept me updated throughout the process. I can say I'm very happy and satisfied with the prompt response I get everytime I call them. Mfundo has been helpful by advising whenever I have a query I didn't expect this kind of service but I can say I've been blown away thank you gosolr. I would recommend gosolr to anyone looking for a good affordable solar option.
I am writing this to express my very high frustration with Go Solr and sparki the installers that came to install the system on the 7th May 2025. Since that date I made the biggest mistake of my life. When they installed the system the electricians I'm sure didn't know what they were doing my db board kept sparking and tripping as they installed despite complaining about it they continued and tripped my grid electricity and left after installing I had to follow up with ekurhuleni to fix that issue which 3 days to resolve. 3 days later the inverter and grid were powered simultaneously this is what has been happening for 4 days now : 1. Unplanned load shedding happens in my area from 7 pm to the next morning during the day the inverter is charging by the grid and the solar panels. 2. The inverter stays on at night from 7pm when it does a change over till about 12 am then it tripps by itself. When I wake up at 12 am it's off completely on the AB -DB board. 3. I call the afterhours team they trouble shoot make me play around with my circuit breakers on the main db board as well as the inverter db board the inverter switches on then tripps after 5 seconds. 3. I have been on calls with the after hours team in the AMs trying to resolve this for 3 days straight now I have logged 3 tickets on the app installers have come 2 times to my house went to the inverter and switched off the power switched it on and said the system works and that the error is fixed. 4. The next day it tripps again at midnight I call again and the same cycle repeats. Everyday when you call the call center they tell you something different which doesn't fix the error I was even told to leave the brain breaker off as the person told me it was the issue here we are again it tripped again even though the brain breaker switch is completely off. I will repeat what I told the agents when I called as you guys say your calls are recorded I requested for My warranty to be used aas a customer I need a technician to come urgently and replace this system that is not working as it tripps every single damn day. Or to have the inverter replaced. If this is not done urgently I will be canceling and i will not pay the decancellation fees for a fault with your system. Please contact me urgently to fix this. To those reading this do not sign up with go solar please they do not even contact you when you log a ticket to show you how unimportant you are when you've officially signed up. Very good way to treat a paying customer don't you think ? Did you guys even install a new system in my home? I feel like you gave me a broken system in the first place that is second hand hoping it works...
If i could give a minus 5 stars i would They are useless never available on the chat that they keep directing us too When placing a new order for the fibre i was charged initiation fee plus i the installation for fibre I had to pay another R400 for who knows what When i enquired they promised me a refund that ive been waiting for since 2018 Still havent recieved it Stay away from them ive proudly used another fibre provider that knows what good service is and never dissapoints i feel sorry for you if you are using webafrica Good luck And did i mention that they are always having issues with their connection it goes off as often as possible We are in a new estate all of the guys complain about them and they useless whatsapp chat
I'm not happy with takealot as it shows online that if you bank with discovery you will recieve discovery miles on some orders when placing the orders. Once you go to checkout when finishing the order process it only shows that you can redeem e bucks and not discovery miles. I don't know if their system is broken but it's happening on many orders even where I've ordered for example a TV for 9thousand I was suppose to get 9000 miles for the order which I never recieved. Someone please explain why you are lying to us????
I was very happy with the lady that helped me she explained to detail and made sure I wasn't unsure about my policy she gave me piece of mind and I am very happy with her service I didn't get her name but im sure they can trace the calls please let her know she is amazing at her job
I submitted a claim For my car as it was in an accident yesterday The consultant her name is Yolande was exceptional she made it easy for me and took her time with me when I was submitting my claim she is one of a kind
I loved everymoment the consultant even made me laugh very much I really enjoyed interacting with her she was amazing I forgot her name but im sure the system picks her up thank you very much for always being there for us clients and being able to assist with ease thank you I will never change my insurance company
My take on mint. The stay itself was quiet and not bad. However the biggest issue i had with the room was the shower the hot water tap doesn't function. And when the water comes out it runs out while you bathing. Biggest red flag for me. I complained about it but reception laughed at me when I mentioned this. Didn't even take me seriously Not impressed at all and I wont be going back to this place again. Total waste of money really . Cooking was also an issue the smoke detector kept going off the whole time everything about mint disappointed me except the bed itself.
