I made the effort to drive 40km to the Eurolux showroom to purchase a light. I wanted to see the display before purchase. I was happy with the purchase, paid the company I had to buy it through, a WEEK later, still Eurolux has not taken interest to deliver the item from the company I bought it through. I called this afternoon and the staff left early. Nobody could assist once more. The service of this renowned brand is not good.
I had a bad experience with these guys. I felt that they were not professional . They work from home and was passed from one person to the next. When I requested for my washing machine to be returned after 6 weeks, I am unsure if it was the same machine. It was dented and had a different tray for the washing powder. I used them to change my thermostat on my oven, they were ripping me off to pay R1600.00 I refused and paid R850.00
I am constantly harassed when this company fails to conduct their job. I get call all the time on an account of R700.62 not paid. An email was sent to inform the company on the 27 April 2023 the account will be settled, however I am constantly harassed wit calls all the time. This takes up my day addressing to their managers. I do not suggest using this company. When I called their manager, they are not available.
My savings was depleted from my medical savings. I was not aware. It was brought to my attention in January 2023. I made arrangements with my medical aid company to pay the outstanding amount. Half the amount was paid in March 2023. I sent an email check if the account was paid and all was in order as well as the balance of the account will be paid at the end of April 2023. I am constantly harassed with emails and calls from Landau and Lancet. Instead of reading their emails I have sent that payment will be made.
I did not realize that I did not have any funds in my medical aid to pay for a blood test. It was brought to my attend in January 2023 my account was not paid. I contacted my medical aid to check on this. A form was completed requesting funds from my 2023 savings be used. I emailed Lancet informing them about payment being made. I once again emailed if payment was received. The medical aid made payment into my account instead of directly to Lancet. I made half payment to Lancet in March 2023 and informed them the balance would be paid at the end of April 2023. With the *********** staff, I was handed over to the debut collectors. I constantly get emails and sms's from Lancet as well as Laudau Group. I have made numerous calls informing of my email and payment, however I am constantly harassed by these two companies. After speaking to Landau yesterday I got a email about the account after that. Today I got an sms from Lancet. Called in spoke to Macy, manager Donald and awaiting the senior manager Tumi to call me back. This harassment is just too much.
From the 16 Feb 2023 - 27 Feb 2023 (2 weeks) and still no internet connection. Frogfoot website has a contact number that has no interaction with someone you can speak to. It directs you to email for assistance. You can barely hear the recorded message when you call. I do not recommend Frogfoot as one of the service providers. Reason being I still have no ticket number to my query and there is no human interaction to get some answers. The turnaround time to sorting connection is extremely poor. Thank you Noresh Ramdhani
I have been without an internet connection from 16 Feb 2023 - 23 Feb 2023. I am still not connected to the internet. There were around 3 to 4 calls made and we went threw the procedure on getting g connected, however this did not work. I requested numerous times to call someone out to sort the matter. This did not take place until yesterday 22 feb 2023. I was told a report will be submitted to Frogfoot to come out to check the lines, and a ticket number will be sent to me . This did not happen. 1. I would like my internet to be sorted 2. I would like a deduction to my bill on service not rended over period of no connection. I cannot pay for something wit no service delivery. I was contacted to update my contract that was about to end. I took a Cellphone contract and a data contract. The Cellphone contract was suppose to be R499.00 per month. I pay R648.00 per month. The data contract was for 50GB anytime and 10GB night. My bill reflects 10GB anytime, 40GB youtube and 10GB night. Not what I signed for. I have made numerous calls with reference numbers. It's been over a month with no resolution. I service is absolutely pathetic. Customer care cannot give you information to address to a manager. You are that their mercy and turn around time. I am even trying to cancel my contract with them and cannot even do that. I simple urge you never to deal with Mobilesplus. You cannot get any information on escalating your problem to management.
I have been without the internet for 7 days now. When I call to complain about no connection, I am constantly told someone will be coming out to my place. Nobody seems to be interested. When I called this Monday morning requested a senior managers email and contact number, the gentlemen Illaam absolutely refused to give me the email or contact number. I do not suggest using FROGFOOT at all. When I have a problem when no connection, I have to sit at least 30 min explaining lights flashing on my fibre box. It becomes extremely frustrating. This is my experience .
Try calling their number listed 087 357 0030 (TO CALL THEM) on their site and the voice message says its not available on the MTN network
