I placed an order on 23 August, and my order status remained on "awaiting feedback from suppliers" for over two weeks. Eventually I requested a refund on 9 September and have had no response since. I have bought countless things online before and never experienced such poor customer service, I've also never been ****med before. Utterly disappointed.
I bought an item online and the place I bought from used the courier guys as a delivery method. I was meant to receive the order within 4 business days and it has been over 7 days and the item is still in transit?? I have never before waited this long for a delivery. In fact I can't remember the last time a delivery took more than 2 days, I am actually shocked they have found a way to delay and complicate something other companies do so easily. We have things like 60/60 delivery, same day delivery and overnight delivery, so why the hell is it taking over a week to deliver a package??
Horrible customer service, currently trying to return a faulty gas hob we bought 2 weeks ago, and constantly being met with excuses. The gas cooktop is obviously faulty (my entire kitchen reeks of gas when we turn it on), even tested with a different tank and hose to ensure the connections were intact. Tried explaining this on the phone but was told I needed to come in to store, only to be told they need to send their own technician to my home to check. Why can't it be tested in store? Or collected and tested, instead I need to wait for a technician, after a day of waiting we called again and was told nobody has been able to contact the technician yet. Absolute waste of time. Will never shop here again.
Vodacom are absolute scammers! After calling them in November to enquire about my current data contract we were told that there is one month remaining and if we want to cancel they will charge us a cancellation fee. THEN at the end of November we were debited double the amount, nearly R700! When we called they told us that our contract expired at the end of November and we were now charged the month-to-month rate! This was absolutely ridiculously, and we immediately cancelled, the next day our data vanished. They had charged us R700 for 30G of data for December then took it away! We had already paid for it! Whenever you try to call their agents the call gets cancelled or you are placed on hold, absolutely worst customer service imaginable, how is it that they made it almost impossible to cancel our contract by charging a ridiculous cancellation fee then they still robbed us of our data we already paid for.
Execu Move is by far the BEST moving/transport company out there. After a nightmare experience with different company who told us TWO days before our relocation that they could not accommodate our load and even suggested we give away some furniture, EXECUMOVE RESCUED THE DAY. They were able to help us last minute, at no additional cost and with excellent customer service. Not only this but they were actually CHEAPER than any other company we spoke to. They really do care about their customers and went out of their way to help us and I would recommend them in a heart beat!
