Petrol Attendant Sinothemba from weltevreden is the worst, he told us to shift as the was another car in front of us, we shifted after assisting that car it was our turn to be assisted, while we were moving the car another car came into our space instead of him telling the other car to shift like he told us before, he just left that fuel bay and went on to assist other customers saying he won’t interfere . We had to queue all over again
I purchased a power supply online it worked 3 times only, when I wanted to return on the app the return option was greyed out. I sent an email to query, there was no feedback after I received an auto reply with a ref number, when I called in again I was promised call backs, till today no feedback, and they told me that I can’t take the device to the store as I bought it online they will have to come fetch it, but don’t even have a time frame on when it might be collected
This delivery service is the worst, I placed my order at Shein on the 13th of November, they received my package from Shein on the 4th of December, it still has not been delivered, when I follow up they keep on saying they will escalate but no change. My sister placed her order around the 27th November but have delivered her package. They are not reliable, they cannot even explain why they are not sending my package out
I got 3 transactions from superbalist that I have paid for, and it shows that I am owing, the transactions were made on the 19th of November, but I got back notifications this morning when supabalist was taking money again from my account, I even sent emails and phone calls but no response. Now my bank account is on - because of this. Bad bad service
The delivery guy was so rude, he got here and banged the door, when asked y he didn't knock properly, he said u ca follow a procedure n log a complaint as it won't go anywhere. I doubt I'll ever user their services again n de workers know Dat the complaints don't go anywhere
I just ordered birthday gifts for my daughter and the delivery date showed the 3rd of March which is her birthday Now when I track the order it shows that the istimated delivery date is the 6th. Why was I shown an earlier date before paying, now I have to disappoint my daughter coz I already paid
I havent been able to connect to the internet through rain for days, the wifi sign has an exclamation mark. Now I had to buy another sim so that I can continue to work, I tried sending an email but the site was under construction and couldn't. I am not happy with the service
I am not happy with the service i've been receiving. I never receive communication when they cancel item that I ordered and it's out of stock, this is happening for the 2nd time now I bought a top to match the pants they cancelled and never communicated, I had to call them to find out what happened. I think I will be shopping somewhere else now
