This is the worst place to ever stay at. The theme of this place is to **** up as much as possible during your stay. I had an anniversary booked with the planner and they even provided a mock up of how it is going to look. When it finally arrived i get something completely different. Cupcakes instead of a cake which on the mock said 1st and yet somehow the balloons i got said the 10th. We also waited a hour for a gin tasting to which they finally said they had forgotten about us. The one morning the breakfast buffet was almost completely out of food. The birds are eating the scones provided to the guests. Oh there is also bed bugs in their beds and random fire alarms that go off to which they do not even check in to see if we are ok. They also gave us a room which smells of smoke and was not cleaned and then moved us to a bigger room next to a venue they had a party planned for. So yes very little sleep as well and not in the good way. All and all a horrible experience and a lot of money wasted, but hey atleast i got a ****ing R400 petrol card to last me the trip home for all their mistakes.
Best place and the greatest service I have ever experienced from a dealership. This is my third car I have bought from them and honestly I cannot recommend them high enough
This company is incredibly slow and they do not advise you around the progress of your order. I have been waiting more than 10 days for a single item which they dont even have in stock of despite what it shows on the website. Please rather order from takealot you wil save so much time.
Bought a brand new car when I got home to inspect it I found there to be a chip on the hood of the car. They do not fix it and only give me paint to touch it up myself. After booking an inspection Deen advised I might even have to pay if any issues is found. This is a brand new car and I am expected to pay for issues that is not even my fault.
The quality is not as what you would expect. If you dont buy too much electronics you are bound to find a great deal or two.
What a absolutely horrible company. I order a gaming laptop and the cpu just constantly overheats. Before you can get a refund you have to use a stupid repair center called ensure services which is so slow that I could have just done it myself. I was sitting for 2 months without a pc because cant do anything without a credit claim. Few months past i decide to give them another try.. bought a new fully stock pc from them. The day it arrives the cpu cooler was loose and scratched up the entire inside of the box. The gpu clip that holds the gpu to the pci slot is broken off so i dont even get to use the pc without the screen going black. Busy getting a refund now and they take so long to give a refund. Really slow company. Rather pay a bit extra and buy from any other company please
The service itself is quite quick. I did not expect it to be couriered to me. That is the best part along with the shipping time. I will definitely use lightinthebox again.
