Excellent service from Thapedi Mohalanyane. A very patient and helpful guy. I was short of money to pay for levy fee. Instead of sending me away he gave me the difference. I'm very thankful to Dischem Maponya Mall for having such a dedication pharmacist.
The best experience from Ntsoaki Phadime at the Glen Mall. She's patient and she explains the product. Even apologised on behalf of a colleague who didn't treat me and my husband well, because my husband was already furious on the treatment we got. She managed to come him down and explained the process to be followed for us to get our phone.
I lodged a complaint against Capitec, Case number 02971515. Scott Lamb has been sending emails claiming that I am unreachable on my mobile number. I responded to the emails requesting a call back and giving my number over and over again. My complaint was never attended to, instead they concluded their investigation without even contacting me. I feel Capitec are bullies and they don't value their loyal customers.
I'm very disappointed with Capitec Bank service. I reported ***** attempts on my account at the Glen Mall branch. I was advised to immediately cancel my card and had a new card issued. I was charged R70 00 for a new card and I was charged for every decline from my account that *****sters where trying to do an online purchase while my online purchase where turned off. I don't understand why am I charged for a new card when it's not my fault for ***** to be committed on my account.
I reported online ***** that happened on my card on the 17 February 2025. I got reference number 14475487 and I was told the investigators will get back to me in 5 -7 working days. I keep calling 0800222050 and they keep on referring me back to the investigators. I have called the investigators on several occasions on 0800333058 but I am not getting any assistance or feedback. I am highly disappointed at this unprofessional and unkind service from Standard Bank Staff.
I am so disappointed from the service i got this afternoon. I called Cartrack because they did not debit on the 15th of February 2025. I was assisted by Sandile Nkosi who told me that my account is in arrears with the amount of R95.59, he send me via SMS the company banking details and the reference number to use and ordered me to make payment today. I made a payment immediately after our conversation at 17:20. To my surprise my account was debited few minutes later at 18:25. I'm highly disappointed about this matter, considering that I am the one that contacted them and made them aware that my account has not been debited. Sandile Nkosi could have simple asked me to verify my banking details and proceeded to debit not order me to make payment twice.

I visited Standard Bank Southdale on the 14th November 2024. A consultant Alucius Sekhu helped me. He's very professional, respectful, product knowledgeable with investments and smart banking. Keep it up Mr Sekhu we need more consultants of such high standard and who are attentive and give extensive advice on the right product to choose from.
I was offered a free 1 hour full body massage as a birthday voucher for 2. I went for a massage with my younger sister for a birthday treat. What an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly and give good advice on health related issues. Thank you, the ladies at the reception, I was late for an hour. They were so tolerant with us. The treatment was extraordinary, the amazing healing hands of the the******, especially Mamkhulu whom I Love so much. Thanks to the whole team and the place is very neat and quiet and relaxing. I was so relaxed and my body felt very light and my body pains where gone.
