Worst courier ever and then they claim they are the most affordable - that is NOT true. My parcel was dropped off on 1 February 2025 at Pep Centurion Mall, expected delivery date 13 February 2025. I received an sms on 18 February that it had arrived. Completely unacceptable - parcel D532030359451. I will NEVER use them again and spread the word of bad service
My debit card was swallowed by the ATM at Standard Bank in Jeffrreys Bay on 28 January 2025. This was the 2nd time that this has happened in 6 months. I requested they contact me when the machine was opened the following day and my card retrieved. 7 days later I have still not heard anything from the. I went to the branch yesterday and asked the lady at enquiries again, she took my number AGAIN and promised to phone me - no call yet. Now I phoned and eventually managed to speak to someone that tried to transfer me to the branch - NO LUCK!! I am extremely frustrated! A client for almost 40 years and the service is shockingly non-existent! Please assist urgently.
After being a customer for more than 20 years, my DSTV streaming has not been working for a week. I have made 8 telephone calls to DSTV, spoken to 6 different people, spent more than 3 hours on my cellphone explaining the same problem over and over. The issue has been escalated twice but still no DSTV. I am not able to login to DSTV stream on MyDSTV at all. I am also told that I am not linked to any package - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! And here I am again holding on ??????
I've been a client of Vodacom since around 1998 and have had no issues except for the fact that I am being HARASSED at least twice a week by a telemarketer with a call to renew/update a data line. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK THEM NOT TO PHONE ME AS I AM NOT INTERESTED!!! This has been going on for months. Please remove my number from your list!!
I made a reservation through Airport Rentals on 23 September 2020. The full amount was deducted from my credit card. At the airport I collected a car from Avis/Budget. A few days after the vehicle was returned another amount for rental, fuel, etc was debited from my credit card. When I looked at the invoice it was not the same return date or the same vehicle. Budget/Avis are not assisting. How do I get my money back? I will NEVER use Airport Rentals, Budget or Avis ever again
