😤 Frustrating experience with SASSA - approved grant not paid out despite multiple follow-ups. Been chasing them since January with no resolution, conflicting outcome letters, and the runaround between local office and online team. 👎

Vodacom please end this partnership you have with ebutler. I used my vodabucks and money to buy the breakfast bundle on the vodabucks store. Its been weeks and I received my order, other customers are complaining as well that they've been waiting for over a month. Ebutler doesn't have a number and they dont even respond to emails. So I've been pretty much scammed. All i want at this point are my vodabucks and my money because its clear that i won't get my order
I'm so disgusted by how unprofessional your service is! I've been unable to use my data for the past 2 days! I logged a complaint on your twitter page since you guys dont even have a customer service line. No has responded to my complaint instead your Twitter account keeps posting unnecessary things instead of assisting people with the issues. The worse part is that my data is expiring tomorrow and its more than 2gigs! I feel so ripped off. I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone!
Please explain to me why a my debit order of R558.90 was unsuccessful whereas I had R566.59 in my account!?? Instead you guys deducted R110 for #items unpaid no funds... how is this possible because I had funds in my account??? Please return my money!
FNB is honestly ripping us off! I checked my statement and found that on the 30th of November they deducted R150 for #item paid no funds which I didn't even understand what is was for and who gave them consent to deduct money. On the 1st of December i deposited money into my account for my fridge debit order. On the 2nd December I check to see if they had deducted the money for the fridge, the debit order bounced because FNB deducted my money AGAIN!!!! For #Item unpaid no funds. Guys how am I honestly supposed to pay my debit order if you are doing this. At that time I'm not even working. I lost my job due to covid. This is utterly wrong. I'm going to close my bank account with FNB today and I want my money back
