Can Nedbank tell me why it is that EVERY SINGLE MORNING I WAKE UP AND THERE ARE MULTIPLE R10 BEING CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE NOT USED THIS ACCOUNT since the 8th of October because I realise that my money disappears every single day that is close to R40 R50 missing on a daily basis and when I called I was told that it is because of transactions that have declined but actually it’s not the case I have not used that card since the 8th of October yet there are all these 10 words that are wanting to R70 that go off my account every single time now my account is on a minus because what I decided to do us to move my money from your bank to a different bank because I am tired of losing money every day R70 may feel like a small amount to you but it’s a bigger amount to me as a single mom

WE ARE ABSOLUTELY FEDUP WITH THE TREATMENT WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM TELKOM. THE CONTRACT WAS APP**** FOR IN SEPTEMBER AND TO DATE OUR WIFI IS STILL NOT ACTIVE! THE VOIP TELEPHONE IS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS BEEN BOUGHT AND INSTALLED. THE ROUTER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH A NUMBER OF *********** PEOPLE WHO KEEP SENDING US FROM PILLAR TO POST, THEY PROMISE TO GET BACK TO US BUT NEVER DO. WE HAVE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY TO REMAIN CONNECTED WHILE WE ARE WAITING FOR THIS MESS TO GET SORTED OUT. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO SAMUKELE MGADI, BUSISIWE SHABALALA, SIYABONGA MIYA, MOJALEFA MODIRI, TSIETSI SEKGOMISA, FRITZ MAKKINK, KOKOBS FOSTER, GLADYS THANYANE!! NONE OF WHOM COULD HELP. MY HUSBAND HAS GONE TO THE TELKOM SHOPS AT BOULDERS AND THEY ALSO COULDNT HELP!! THIS IS UTTER *******!!! IF THIS IS NOT FIXED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY, WE WILL CANCEL THE ENTIRE CONTRACT AND WILL PUT TELKOM ON SOCIAL MEDIA BLAST!!! I WANT IMMEDIATE ATTENTION BEFORW WE ESCALATE TO TELKOM EXECUTIVES.
I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED AT THE LEVEL OF AF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE DISREGARD OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. I I returned some stuff and only some of them were credited it’s been three whole weeks I’ve spoken to 3 separate employees and all of them claim that they are going to logger request for the return for the refund and come back to me and give me feedback but none of them have done that I spoke to Rhoda I spoke to Spong I asked several times to be transferred to a manager his name is Benjamin but yet Benjamin never calls me back Benjamin does not have a surname I can’t get Benjamin surname I’m left my product my credit it’s been three whole weeks the service is absolutely atrocious I’m extremely disappointed and I want my credit back right now!!!!!!
I am so disappointed with takealot. I spend almost R5000 on two orders, I returned some stuff because some were damaged and other just weren’t suitable for the intended purpose, one driver came to collect 4 items and another collected one, it’s been 3 weeks and two of the four items collected by one driver have yet to be credited into my takealot account. I’m missing almost R500 in my credit which I need to purchase something. I’ve called and emailed and no one get back to me, it’s always we will log a query and that’s the end of it! PnP ARE YOU AWARE THAT YOUR PICK N PAY HYPER STORE AT THE WOODMEAD RETAIL CENTER DOES NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO TRY ON CLOTHES AFTER 6:00 IN REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT I WAS THERE BEFORE 6. THE LADY WITH SHORT HAIR AND A CUT DESIGN ON THE SIDE OF HER HEAD BLATANTLY SAID "WE HAVE KNOCKED OFF AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEAVE SO THEY CAN LEAVE ALSO. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE RESPONDED AND SAID MANAGER HAS KNOCKED OFF. HOW DOES A STORE MANAGER LEAVE THE STORE WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE STILL THERE.??? THE 10 MINUTES WHEN SHE PRETENDED TO GO CALL SOMEONE I COULD HAVE BEEN SONE TRYING ON AND WHILE CUSTOMERS WHERE STILL WAITING TO PAY. INSTEAD SHE DIDN'T RETURN AND AS A RESULT I COULD NOT TRY NOT AND PROCEEDED TO LEAVE THE 4 ITEMS I HAD IN HAD WORTH ALMOST R1000... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS IS HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED.
I am extremely disappointed with the false advertising by SACOB, When I enrolled I was advised by Damian that the course fee of about R21500 plus an all inclusive fee for registration for my CGISA Programme 1, I have been in conversation with Damian for almost a year if not longer contemplating my studies and no where was I informed about an added R5800 that I would have to pay in order to write exams with CGISA. I am not in a position where I am unable to register for the exams because I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE ADDITIONAL COSTS. I mean as a single mother, where am I supposed to get R5800 off the bat?!! Had I been informed of it then I would made arrangements. Damian knows how I have struggled to come up with the funds to register in the first place, Imagine how ecstatic I was to finally be living my dream to study, now I have to postpone my exams to next year May. I am beyond HURT and DISSAPPOINTED!!! After the two current modules, I might as well go directly with the board or Wits because at least then I know what I am dealing with and there will be no surprises.
I opened my account at ABSA on the 13th Jan, first when walking into the branch in Fourways there was no one to greet and direct me as a customer. I then waited 35 minutes to be assisted by a gentleman called Ntlantla. I opened my own account and also various accounts for my children. Ntlantla said I would with 7 days get a notification that my cards had been delivered at the branch and that eh would also email me the account details for my children`s accounts. That hasn`t happened yet daily I keep getting calls that I need to deposit money to activate the accounts but how do I do that when I don`t have any account details. So far the service at ABSA has been appalling to say the least....at this rate I am thinking of moving to another bank with far better customer service
My order never arrived! It was postponed 7 times from 20:05 to 21:35 and eventually never arrived but I see on the app it was delivered! I'd like my refund back ASAP
