I was financed by MFC, and I want to make it clear that Nedbank took out vehicle insurance on my behalf without my consent. They deducted payments twice from my account. I received an email stating that my contract was canceled. I have made numerous attempts to call and email them to demand a refund because it is unacceptable for Nedbank to take out insurance without my signature. For the record i have my own vehicle insurance. I just want my money back nothing much from them.
I have been renting with Afhco since 2022 without any issues. The problem started last month when I received the statement with the insanely high rate of water/ hot water. I filed a dispute on the 25th of March regarding the exorbitant water rates, and I haven't received any feedback from customer service even today the 08th of May. Each time I call, I’m told that they will get back to me, yet that never happens. I sent emails to customer service, no one is responding to my emails. I have engaged with Afhco useless customer service agents Salome, Noluthando, Ayanda, and Rebone, who advised me to pay the amount and the management will refund me after their investigation, knowing exactly he is lying. Today I am struggling to get hold of him, he is nowhere to be found. Every time I call, they will tell me to hold on as they will be calling the utility department. Normally, I pay no more than R200 for hot water, but last month I was charged R1562 for hot water and R3340 for water revov-resi. There have been no changes in my usage to justify such a drastic increase. On the 26th of April, I received a statement reflecting the usual amounts, and I expected the overpayment from the previous month to be deducted from this month’s bill. This is not the level of service I agreed to. The second issue, I reported a leak in my bathroom caused by the upper unit, which has led to water damage. The contractor came to paint without any prior notice, and we were taken aback by the overpowering smell of paint. With a 3-year-old child in the house, the fumes were intolerable, forcing us to open doors for three days. even today, two weeks later, after painting, the smell is still unbearable. It is entirely unacceptable to conduct painting work in occupied spaces.
I bought a machine from Makro for R7500 in August 2024. I am not happy at all with the machine. Every load comes out with lint ***** and fur, which makes me work overtime removing lint from each item coming out of the machine. Two technicians already came in and both of them told me that they will submit a report and Samsung will call me back even today I'm still waiting. I called Makro (i spoke to Sandile and his manger Peace from head office 0860300999) asking to exchange the machine, they told me that they need to get a go ahead from Samsung technician. I don't know why I'm struggling so much when i have paid so much money thinking i am buying quality.

I purchased my first vehicle from them in February 2024, I was not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, It took them 1 month to replace the vehicle.You will run after them , call and email them every day, they will not even bother to get back to you or give you an update. They replaced the vehicle in March 2024 even today I still haven’t received the spare key. Philly Madolo and his Manager David lies everyday about the spare key and ignore my calls. Even if you are desperate don’t go anywhere near Kia Fourways. I REGRET buying from them. NB: I have tried to contact KIA customer service they are also not helping.

One day When God bless you with money and you decide to buy furniture, DONT go anywhere near Rochester. They are the biggest ****mers. I purchased a couch for R26 000 in 2021, two years later the couch is having lint ***** and difficult to remove food stains due to poor material used. I contacted Rochester to request to change the material or refund my money because I don’t understand how can I pay so much money for something that lasted for only two years. They tell me that I have to pay for labor because it is out of warranty, meaning I am fixing their own mistakes after spending so much on that couch. I was expecting the couch will last for about 10 years not two years. Every time I look at that couch I get heart palpitation because of the money I spent on it. I am even embarrassed to have visitors.
I am struggling to get a family responsibility letter for me to submit at work. i was given one but with the wrong details so now they don't want to email the correct letter to me they say i must come to the hospital again to get the letter IMAGINE, so what's the point of having emails? they were SOOO rude including nurses, the only person who was welling to help was Tyrique but unfortunately he does not have emails access.

This is the most scamming business ever. They always pay half of the amount charged by the doctor.Immediately after finding out that I’m pregnant I approached medshield consultants( 3 of them) to discuss my plan rules, I asked them to give me the list of gynecologists that falls under my plan and I was told that they do not have contract with specialists yet I can go to any gynecologist. I made sure I consult them with everything before taking any steps I even went to the hospital that falls under my network to avoid paying extra costs because I knew I do not afford to pay any extras. Now I have to pay R4500 from my own pocket which I don’t have. They are telling me that my plan do not cover full amount I will have to pay the remaining amount and no one told me that information when I was busy approaching them even their broucher does not specify,so how will I know when I was not informed. If I knew about this I would have made a plan just to avoid paying extra.I don’t need this kind of stress at the moment I need to focus on my baby.
