I purchased a BAIC X55 Beijing Premium line in June 2025, since then i have been having issues with the car and the dealership that doesnt care about their customers but more about making the sale. The day i collected the car there was no spare key and since then im waiting for the spare key, the rubber on the side back passenger is crumbled and i showed the service manager, sales agent and the manager and till date im waiting with no responses from them. The day i bought the car i asked for the back tyres to be replaced as its worn out and the manager said he gave me a good price so he cant change the tyres, the stick on the car has a fuel consumption of 7.1 or 7.7 however its around 9/10 this is all bull**** and people just want to make a sale. At times they car senses when you nearby then it unlocks other times it doesnt, the car at times drives without the seat belt on in reverse it rolls. i was told all this is normal but i cant even justify it. the first time i bought the car there was a huge noise coming from the front of the car as well. i always loved a Beijing from the time i saw it but now i whole heartedly regret buying it because of the issues im having and the service im receiving.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, I WAS FRADULENTLY LISTED ON ITC BY VODACOM WHICH AFFECTED NOT ONLY MY CREDIT SCORE BUT ALSO DECLINED MY APPLICATIONS ON A HOMELOAN, I LOGGED A TICKET AB-I5KX-7GSE AND WAS ASKED TO DRAFT AN AFFIDAVIT AND SEND A COPY OF MY ID WHICH I DID AND VODACOM CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS A FAULT ON THEIR END AND THE ACCOUNT WILL BE REMOVED FROM ITC, THIS WAS IN MAY 2025 TILL DATE THIS HASNT BEEN REMOVED. I THEN ASKED FOR A LETTER ON VODACOM LETTERHEAD TO STATE THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS INCORRECTLY LISTED ON MY ITC PROFILE SINCE 2/3 WEEKS GOING NOW, I HAVENT HAD A REPLY WITH THE LETTER ALL I GET IS AUTOREPLY EMAILS AND SMS TO SAY MY TICKET IS CLOSED. THIS IS HIGHLY FRAUSTRATING AT THIS POINT AS IM BUSY WITH A HOMELOAN APPLICATION AND THEY NEED THIS LETTER ON A LETTERHEAD. THE CONSULTANTS AT VODACOM ARE USELESS AND SO IS THE BRAND THEMSELVES, I CANT BELIEVE HOW A CREDIT PROVIDER CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS AND WE INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE GETTING AFFECTED BY CREDIT SCORES ETC. I WANT THIS URGENTLY ACTIONED, YOU GUYS ARE USELESS AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE, THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
i had the worst pathetic service from Absa activate,they rejected my claims, the panic button didn't work on my car when i had an emergency and to date I'm trying to get my refund and still I'm receiving bad bad service, being placed on hold while calling the call center to find put and the line just drops...Moosa and Nobile are consultants that don't keep to their word of calling back....i want my dam money back your activate insurance is useless and doesn't deserve my money. Its definitely a **** show that you guys are running.
I placed an order with Hyperli on the 24th of November and was sent an email that my order was going to be delivered on the 4th of December and I placed another order on the 25th of November to be sent to Durban and to my surprise the order for Durban got delivered on the 4th of December and mine got delivered on the 5th of December with an incomplete order, I've been trying to call Internet express contact number and it keeps saying call transfer failed. i want my order urgently delivered to me and I'm not willing to wait another 5 days for it.
Absa is the worst bank that I have to deal with, I moved over from fnb to Absa and I regret making that move. A consultant called me to upgrade my credit card to premier of which I agreed to giving the benefit of the doubt to Absa again. I paid my gold credit card and had a balance of R1300.00 to my surprise I see there is a balance showing on the premier credit card of R2500.00. I called the bank to query why and they could not assist me as they said my verification is blocked. I last called Absa in 2022 mid year how can my verification be blocked. I want to know why my balance jumped up when this account was on a min balance of R1300.00?
Absa launched a campaign of which a customer can open a Absa account and their debts and salary needs to be in that account thereafter the customer will receive R1000.00 into their account. I opened this Absa account in January and June again as Absa decided to close my account without my knowledge to date I have no received the payment of R1000.00. the branch consultant Owen at Clearwater mall did inform me that it will get paid by end June. I sent emails to him and made so many calls till date I have not received it. The last reply I received was that he sent the email to head office and the turn around time is 14 working days that was 5th July. I'm really disappointed and would really like urgent feedback.
I honestly believe that this company should be buried if they can not provide consumers with a most recent and updated record of an individuals profile. I had a payment arrangement with VW finance for 3 months to pay half of my installments last year 2020 as I was retrenched and the country was under lock down with Covid. to my surprise I was listed on ITC for 3 months, nevertheless I paid the arrears of 3 months into VW finance account. I requested for my profile to be undated as I'm applying for credit and this incorrect report and scoring is making my application to be a decline. I have sent emails requesting for this to be updated and to date i had no luck. I personally feel this is against a customers right to be penalized on her credit score till the account is paid in full and listed as a misconduct. I want this sorted out ASAP as its going to effect me daily and this is BULL****.
Cancelation of my membership goes nowhere!!!!! I called to cancel my membership in June and I gave 30 days notice the consultant confirmed that they will debit R40.00 pro-rata which I was fine with. Last month and this month virgin active decides to debit me R440.00 of which both 1 debit bounced as I didn't have funds on the 16th of August which isn't even my debit date. I wanty monies paid back with the unpaid debit fees. This service is disgusting and horrible. I will not join virgin active again.
I would like to express my utmost disappointment in fnb, i was retrenched in March 2020 when I applied for my insurance on my personal loan to be paid which was done correctly, however I received a sms to say the insurance is no longer going to pay for the loan, I then called the bank of which I was informed in September to do an affidavit to process my application again, to my surprise I received a message today not even a call to say my claim was rejected due to me taking out the loan in 2018 and being retrenched in 2018 which ever consultant that was handling my claim was clearly high on something as I sent my retrenched letter with the supporting documents to confirm my retrenchment. My other loan I was told to wait 6 months and then the insurance will kick in since April to date I have been trying to get that insurance to pay the loan with no help or service from fnb. My loan has not been paid over 3 months of which I need to face charges and might be listed on itc for some idiot consultant who didn't do their work properly or analyze with accuracy. I also will be taking fnb to the banking ombudsman as all their calls are recorded. Disgusted with their service as all they care about is the money being paid over for the account.
