The service I got and the friendliness of the people were so nice, even a joke or two in between
DSTV send me a message on their app that my account is only payable by 26 Nov 25, when I wanted to pay it by 26 Oct 25. I used bolt to go to the Spar to check my account and pay it. The manager at the spar confirmed that it is only due by 26 Nov25, so I don’t need to pay it by 26October, . Now , today the 2nd of Nov, my DSTV is cut.. I phoned them, to hold on for 40 minutes, as their call centre is EXTREMELY busy. Of course it would be, because the call centre explained to me they do not know who generated that message, on their App. Now , any asshole working there has been told to respond to complaints like a F parrot and expect you to believe them, as if you are an ASshole too. So I told them vey nicely to take their service an shuff in square up their C E O ‘s ASS
They indicated that they are interested to buy my car, which is for sale. However, without giving you a figure for the price they offer, they want you to first accept the price. Situated in Pretoria, famous for bull****ters makes it even more suspicious.
DSTV ran a promotion and promised a fixed monthly payment for 24 months, including Wifi plus router, which we received and paid accordingly. All of a sudden our monthly price increased with about R500. By phoning them they tell you all kinds of stories, ja but this and ja but that. No wonder Canal Plus is busy bailing them out. I believe they will also replaced the CEO and the bull****ting staff, as they are in a call centre and , if any, have very little brans to be a call centre staff.
I have ordered an item from Gardentimego.com, according to a FB promotional add and paid the money accordingly. Then I enquired on delivery, I was informed they do not have that item and I have only paid for the subscription. Yet, immediately they tried to take 4 x the money I have paid from my bank account. Luckely I have moved the money to a different account.
Ninety and it’s partners, the Famous bank( no wonder the bank’s name starts with an F) , multi million rand companies, cannot sort out a R12500 problem. If your CEO and Top Management do not have the brains to do this, please Fire them and appoint people that can do the job. The so called New South Africa needs people that knows how to treat clients, which is not the current case
I receive private pension from Ninety One on a monthly basis, however every month is” guess then my money will be available” I am furious in playing this **** game. It is time the management (if you can call them this) gets their act together or go study management.
The worst ISP in South Africa, promised to contact me, after the review. Nothing has happened. Please cancel my month- to- month deal with immediate effect and provide me with a reference number
The WORST internet service provider in South Africa. Get your operations in order, or you will disappear like so many companies in South Africa. If your CEO has got what it takes, He or She will phone me, fortunately nor on a rain number. Marius Erasmus +27 623753436
