Pharmacy Direct is the only business who do not send statements to their customers. We are forced to use this ******* business by a medical scheme who totally identifies with this service level. There is no notification by statements for 3 months and the suddenly they decide to not send meds, because u owe money from 3 months ago which they never notified us about. They actually have a legal obligation to send statements. Apparently u need to ask them for statement! Why must I ask ubto do something u are legally obligated to do!
After two years from 2022 November until now, I do not get notified of outstanding co-payments. Suddenly 2 years down the line I get an SMS. How do I know what the money is for? why are no statements sent out to notify some one that the money is outstanding? What the heck kind of organisation does not send out communication for nearly 2 years? You cannot send an SMS with no details of what I am being charged for. Come on!!!
I have been with momentum insure for many years, never having claimed. We were in an unfortunate accident and the car was written off. They contacted us and advised the car will not be paid off. They arrange a courier to us to collect all the relevant documents for the car including the Natis documents. We hand this to their courier. We do not hear for a few days, when I follow up they advise us that we did not send the Natis document, which was in the envelope. They advise us that SMD has lost documents before and we must now request duplicate documents. I must go and take time off my day because of their *********** providers. My insurance is going to be cancelled with momentum and I will not be placing any more clients with them, that is for sure.
Builderssa #BuildersWarehouse if you can't cut straight with your machinery and this is the quality of your output, i am done forr. This is the second time we have had such shocking service. The quality control is shocking we have sent the same wood back so many times. They say once bitten twice shy, but i was dumb enough to think it might be better second time round. MY BIG MISTAKE!!
You do not get through to them, you cannot get a call back. I have loaded my claim incident on the website twice and no claims reflect on my profile. every time I call I am 42nd, or 35th in the queue. How is this possible. I am moving my building insurance immediately. I cannot say that I am impressed at all.
The college is the worst, no feedback is forthcoming, the Facebook page indicates that assignment results are published on the student portal but there is nothing. I sent an email with questions on the 25th October, till 5 January I have not had a response. We do not even know if my son has passed assignments, but he must prepare for exams. The videos are so poorly done you cannot see what the lecturer is writing on the flip chart. What a waste of good money!!!
My son joined Teneo school at the beginning of 3rd term, after missing out on Term 2 due to Covid. He attended Induction and started attending classes. I was emailed for every class he attended and I received every single assignment that was marked, I knew at all times how he was doing and never once wondered if he was doing okay. I was copied in on all emails, and he received excellent results, if the SAICA fees for matric were not so high I would love for him to do Matric through Teneo, they were so supportive, I would highly recommend this route.
So my daughter signed up for grade 11. I noticed that she failed her Afrikaans and her results overall were poor. I had a meeting with the Grade tutor who promised to come back to me once the 2nd cycle results came out - never heard from them. After cycle 2 I tried to get hold of them, nothing no return to my email sent to Karen Reyneke, the grade tutor did not ever come back to me and none of my calls were returned. I paid late one time and we were locked out immediately. quick to jump on the money bus, but slow to care for the students. Brainline cost a huge amount of money and the results were shocking, the exams were tedious with the invigilation requirements. I am so dissapointed!!!
