After service was horrible
Kruger park lodge is a beautiful place and the rooms and set up of the chalets is stunning. The service when we arrived was excellent. How ever because we were a group of ladies we were labelled by owners and the security as trouble makers and they assumed we are rowdy. They fined us a 1000.00 for noise and abstraction which did not happen. They kept our breakage deposit because they accused us of breaking the glasses and taking the s****s and cereal bowl. We did not make use of the glasses as we brought our own. We did not use the cereal bowls because we ate the restaurant. As for the s****s we cleaned up after we had coffee and everything was put back in place. The after treatment was horrible. I feel that we were classed because of skin colour.

Be carefull they will milk you dry
Doctor Pooley from Union hospital in Alberton did not advise my parents that they still have an outstanding account instead handed the account to Van Rhyns Attorneys. When the agent from the debt collecting company contact us we were told that the amount we need to pay is R6000.00. We settled the account within 3 months. Today we received a call that we need to pay an additional R600.00 for legal fees. That was not in the original amount given to us.

My husband paid his account up as per the settlement letter given to him. When we checked again there was a R1.00 outstanding and we paid again. Checked this morning 0.01 outstanding. Not sure what games this people are playing. When phone to query they never answer the calls. ALL I NEED IS A PAID UP LETTER AND MY NAME BE CLEARED FROM ITC. Bad service
I have applied for debt relief in 2019. I stopped the debit order because no work done from the debt counselor. And proper advice given as per the way forward. My debtors still debited from my account and it put me in a worst position that I was in. There stopped there payment entirely. I am under debts review and would like to know how to clear my name. What would be the way forward. Thank you
